DO NOT STAY HERE,i was so disappointed with my stay,from our room being done by 6 PM,the air was so closed off in the room you couldn’t breathe at all,the noises were ridiculous i couldn’t even sleep for half an hour,bare in mind a random man walked into a woman’s room right next to me as he had the same code some how? I got in contact with the hotel asking for a partial refund because this is not what i paid over £100 for,they said they are more than happy to solve this for me and they have been ignoring me for weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Oh and they ask you for a £100 deposit to the owner’s personal account before you’re allowed to enter the room.

We had an amazing week at Le Chalet Saanen, part of 84 club chalets. The chalet was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable exactly as pictured. We loved the cozy fireplaces, fully equipped kitchen, and the hot tub with stunning mountain views.

The location was peaceful yet close to ski lifts like Eggli and Schonried. While there is no on site concierge, the remote support was quick and helpful.

It's a premium stay, but worth it for the privacy, comfort, and alpine charm. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The location of Le chalet Lion rouge is simply stunning, just minutes from Gstaad, yet completely secluded with incredible mountain views. We stayed here in the fall and loved the hikes just in front of the house. A highlight is the outdoor spa with hot tub and cold plunge!

Our stay at Le Chalet Saanen was magical. The private chef service was impeccable. The chalet itself felt like a private sanctuary, wonderfully designed. Truly an exclusive experience we won't soon forget. Highly recommend 84 club chalets for a bespoke alpine escape.

Great customer service with great prices. This was the first time booking with them and I was surprised of how good the experience was. I would highly recommend Eighty four rooms to anyone and will booking with them again in the future.

The villa was beautiful and whenever we had a special request, we were equipped with amazing insider tips!

We booked a Chalet in Switzerland and it was very nice. Very good service and fair price. Especially in the current time the Eightyfourrooms chalets were a great opportunity for us!

Do NOT book your holiday with this company! There will be no holiday!!!! You will be left utterly devastated, out of pocket and feeling totally helpless. I booked what can only have been described as my dream holiday, I saved for months to be able to pay in full for my trip upfront as requested, booked the flights only to then find out it was all a lie. No booking had been made with the villa and my money was gone. There is no ATOL protection, there is nothing I can do. I will not stop until I get my money back though, somehow! But in the meantime I felt I had to speak out. Please please do not let this happen to you. It has been a total nightmare.

It pains me to even have to give 1 star for this awful experience. After being so excited to spend a special long weekend with family and friends we found out it was a scam and we had lost all of our money and had no where to stay and after saving for a long time didn't have the money for alternative accommodation either. I genuinely don't understand how people can be so nasty and selfish. DO NOT risk booking with them.

One star is far too generous for these criminals. They show you alluring pictures of villas and hotels on Instagram and their website but it is all a scam. They will take your hard earned money and disappear.
We're fighting back and making sure they don't get away with it anymore.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Holiday ruined. This company has left myself and a 20+ hen party with nowhere to go in September, after taking our money and disappearing. We eventually tracked the owner down and have so far managed to recover 50%, but still awaiting the rest. No compensation for failing to book the accommodation in question, and no explanation for taking the money (and holding it). From further investigation it appears he has done this to many other people. Do not book through this company.

Absolute shocking experience! We have been ripped off for £4500 for a stay that we have never had the opportunity to stay at. DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! We have reported them to the police and the fraud department.
