My friend recommended me this website but he said from the beginning, this is China based website so you will get it cheap but u have to be prepared to wait, most of time they don't have it in stock so first week your order is processing and later they send it. 2-3 week it takes but if u are not in rush but want it cheaper then anywhere else, you will have it.

I have bought an iPhone from this website the price was good but mainly because I was looking for a dual Sim one. I have done the payement and after, I had a look at trust pilot reviews which were bad so I started to panic BUT after 15 days my phone arrived and is perfect ! I would highly recommend

Ordered Sony WH-1000XM4 Headset on the 27th of November, then I read the reviews which was a mistake and should have read them first, I was dreading the worst but they arrived on the 14th December a liittle late to there delivery date and took just over 2 weeks, very happy saved over £100, will use them again for sure.

Sadly, I didn't read all the negative reviews beforehand as I can see that there are soooo many customers not happy about the Eglobal..

I bought the item 2 weeks ago and an item is still not shipped.. I contacted them on numerous time and they can't provide an update at all. What they are saying is that the item is in TRANSIT between their warehouse and the carrier... My B****x it's in transit..They simply don't have an item and only God knows when they will have it...

The worst thing is that Paypal can't help with that either as I been told that I just have to wait...
The Xmas is coming and I unlikely will get an item..

My advise to all.. AVOID.. Don't get hooked on great deals and prices as you will not see the item within normal timeframe Or possibly at all...

It's been one week and I still haven't received any details about shipping of my order. I have sent several emails and tickets on their website and not one reply! It's disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Their communication is poor and the fact the the contact number listed is never available makes me question the legitimacy of this company???

I received an email telling me my item was back in stock and being packed to ship. This was 4 days and I still haven’t received any notice saying you have shipped it yet.
I ordered it TWO WEEKS ago and you HAVEN’T EVEN SHIPPED IT?!
I have been a loyal customer for years, but you have now lost me.

I just want to share my firs experience with everyone about shopping from this company. I tought that this company is in the UK because of the name so I ordered a Nintendo Switch lite with screen protector and a little case on the 1st of December. I could perfectly follow the tracking number what i got druing the shipping period (plus i realized that it comes from Hong Kong). I recieved my order today (on the 13th of December) which is a brand new product just as it was described. It was my first shopping with them and I am 100% satisfied with the service and the product too plus an extra quick delivery time (13day from Hong Kong to UK. First with YDH express from Hong Kong to London and from London to my home with Hermes.

Like many others, this is by far the worst experience I've had shopping online. I ordered a phone on the 15th of November, it has been a month and the phone has not even been SHIPPED YET. I contacted customer support to ask why, and a week later they responded with a copy paste answer telling me it was out of stock.

They leave products up on their site and allow people to place orders despite knowing full well they do NOT have the stock to honour the orders.

Their entire business is predicated on tech illiterate people thinking that their money is gone forever and not even bothering to ask for a refund.

They are scammers, and on the off chance that you actually receive your item a month later, you are part of the VERY LUCKY 5%.

DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY. Save your money and shop elsewhere, it is absolutely not worth the weeks of hassle you will inevitably go through, not to mention the absolute RADIO SILENCE from customer support.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a iPhone 11 pro max for my son's birthday will within time to be able to get it with their super slow processing time. After 2 week I wrote asking when I was likely to receive it and I was told that the order was cancelled upon my reques?!?!!? I never told them to cancel it and finally they came out and said that the product was out of stock so THEY cancelled I order.
This is a joke of a company - very unprofessional and full of cheaters.

Same terrible experience as everybody else. I purchased a £400+ phone over 2 weeks ago after reading on their website that the phone was in stock. I've sent them a few messages asking where it is, but you get the same standard email from them. The phone is out of stock and they are trying to source the phone. There's a reason why the items are cheap. Don't think that your experience with these jokers will be any different. AVOID THIS WEBSITE. It needs closing down. Time to go to PayPal to get my money back

Appeared to be a great saving, unfortunately couldn’t deliver within the stated times, worried I would not get this in time for Xmas so asked for a refund, refund processed straight away. I have no doubt eglobal is genuine just be prepared to wait a few weeks to get your saving... I will certainly use again but purchase well before the item is needed.

Surprised to see bad reviews, ordered a dji mavic air plus headset a while back now and arrived in good time. I knew it was Chinese company but communications were good, would buy again

Ordered ipad 11th November still not come keep saying its on its way still in china not in uk i thought it was a uk firm stupid mistake do reviews first luckly PayPal refund me as tracking they gave them says hasnt even left china 4 weeks on avoid

I might be the lucky one, but I got a good experience with eglobal.

Purchased Iphone 12 mini, then asked them over the mail if I could receive it within certain time scale (< 10 days), got a quick response saying they are restocking but it will take longer than usual. Then I requested cancellation / refund which they immediately obliged and refunded me, no questions ask.

Great product and came within a week of ordering. Great service and definitely will buy from Eglobal again.

Can not fault eglobal.
I have being buying from this website for years and never once had any issues.
Yes you have to wait a little longer for your delivery but the savings your making is well worth it.

Ordered a phone. Stated in stock and dispatched in 3 working days. I was unaware that these goods are imported from country of origin. So cancelled order, prompt repayment through PayPal thank you. Would use again if I could wait weeks for goods.

Horrible experience!!!😂😂😂😂 It was supposed to receive my Smart phone aftet 48h, and now it is 2 weeks waiting. NO confirmation email at all. The only thing they say is that your item is out of store and on the way!!!!!!!!!!!! A terrible lie and scam 😂😂😂
