Dubious Refund Policy UPDATED!!
I bought a course there and decided to pay annually. It cost me 250€. After a few months, I came to the conclusion this wasn't the right thing for me, and stopped using the course and forgot about it. Now exactly a year later I got charged again without any notice or reminder that your subscription gets renewed. Again got charged 250€. After writing the support Team several times asking for a refund because they didn't notify me beforehand to cancel my subscription, the support team was fast and friendly but I always got my refund denied because of their TOS. Very sad because I could really use this money to invest in something else.
UPDATE!!
One hour after this review was published, I got an email from the support team and they considered a refund. Overall they offer good products, high-quality videos and information, fast and friendly support but it just wasn't for me!

Very disappointing experience!
Seller Ignores Their Own Refund Policy – Beware!
I purchased an online course from this seller on January 17th and decided it wasn’t for me. They clearly state a 7-day money-back guarantee, so I requested a refund on January 20th—just 3 days after my purchase, well within the timeframe.
However, despite multiple attempts to contact them, they ignored my refund request and refused to honor their own policy. This is completely unprofessional and misleading! If a company promises a refund, they should stand by their word instead of scamming customers.
I highly DO NOT recommend buying from them unless you want to risk losing your money. Very disappointing experience!

Best Program I have ever been a part of
The community was the best part of Digital Launchpad, and The Courses were unlike anything I've ever found online.
I learned at an exponential rate, almost a 200 - 250% improvement in my sales skills within a month.
I really recommend this course for beginners, but remember that mindset and commitment are the most important nothing will happen on its own you need to be willing to do the work and take the help from this program!
