I love mine - Hills

I love mine, the quality for the price is unmatched. I’ve had Prada glasses that don’t compare. The build is solid, design unique, the amount of value that comes with the glasses in the packaging has everything you need and the lens clearness on them is insane. Shipping arrived super quick. No faults at all honestly!

Love their products

Love their products. Great price for value. Also had some questions about the tracking and they had a lovely customer service who helped me very quickly. Will for sure get another pair!

Now goes under hills eyewear

Now goes under hills eyewear. The glasses are nice however I wanted to change the lense colour for brown not purple and customer service would not accept return as I didn't have two plastic covers which were worthless. For a premium brand and price you pay it's very disappointing customer service

Disappointing experience - poor customer support

I ordered the Gadzhi G1’s, and the delivery took over two weeks from the UK to Belgium far longer than expected. Once they finally arrived, the product seemed nice at first, but it broke after just a few months of normal use.

The real frustration began when I tried to contact customer support for warranty after sending more than five emails, I received no response at all. Being completely ignored like this is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for a brand associated with Iman.

It feels like dealing with a disorganized, amateur business, not the level of service you’d expect from a supposedly reputable brand. Very disappointing!

Horrible Shipping Time

I ordered my sunglasses 1 month ago and they are yet to leave Spain and are still supposedly at the unit responsible for it's delivery though on the Gadzhi order tracker it was supposed to arrive 16 days ago, the Carrier company "Correos" which Gadzhi uses is the absolute worst and is slow and saw online other people having exact problems with this company and their shipping times taking as long as 3 months, Alex Hawkers moving Gadzhi operations to Spain is an L.

Serious lessons need to be learned

As an online glasses brand with no store pressance you as the customer wont know what it would look like on your head. Upon buying them they infact did not fit or suit the shape of my face, I initiated a return from the UK which cost me £9 for shipping then £20 for tax, i will only be recieving a small % back of original purchase, free returns need to be initated, this is not acceptable, only sent back as id rather have someone enjoy the pair then they collect dust in a landfill site.

Product yes, service no

Nice product, BUT:

My glasses were broken upon arrival. Terms and conditions claim not to be able to refund/ exchange glasses due to "hygiene reasons" which is questionable.

The customer support has not responded and a sending error is not the case here. They have not responded since 3 weeks and two emails.
As long as there is nothing wrong with the order you'll be fine but I am skeptical if this gamble is worth taking.

GADZHI misled me badly. Last time I'll ever buy anything there

I got seriously misled by GADZHI. With their upsell offer, my order went above €150, (how convenient) and unlike every other international online store, GADZHI doesn't handle VAT for the EU customer. This resulted in a hefty extra bill from the tax office, making the glasses a terrible deal. They only mention this deep down in the terms and conditions, without making it clear upfront. I will warn others and never recommend them.

shame on imane I have had an incredibly…

shame on imane I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with gahdzi. I placed an order on March 21, and since then, there has been absolutely no update on its status. To make matters worse, attempts to contact their customer service for assistance have been futile. I've been unable to reach anyone by phone, and the only tracking number provided turned out to be fake, which only added to my concerns about the legitimacy of this operation. It's been weeks without any response or acknowledgement from their end. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Trust Pailot if they value their time and money.
