I bought this after the amazing scent in my gym from the same system. However despite using it on max settings at 90 percent concentration it doesn’t smell very strong (hardly at all) and is very noisy when spraying. Very expensive for what it is but beautiful packaged

LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ECOSCENT
I am currently in the process of taking them to court as they have sold me an extremely poor quality scent formulation. They keep offering to rework it, but unfortunately the quality is truly subpar, and Shanice Taylor keeps sending me a link to their terms and conditions, not understanding that if a product is poor qualitY, this invalidates their terms and conditions. Quite shocked they would be happy to be taken to court over less than £800, I am guessing business must be bad and they must really need my money. absolutely avoid if you care about your business.

As part of this service, we offer up to two reworks to ensure the final scent aligns with your vision – this offer remains open should you wish to continue. As a further gesture of goodwill, we’ve also offered a refund of the delivery fee and arranged the return of the original sample.
Our Terms & Conditions, which are readily available on the website and were agreed to at the time of purchase, are in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which state that bespoke and personalised products are non-refundable. While we fully appreciate that fragrance is subjective, personal preference does not constitute a product fault under consumer law.
That said, we remain entirely committed to finding a constructive and positive resolution. We would be more than happy to continue working with you to refine the scent to your satisfaction. Good product but very noisy
I bought the ecoscent pro. I have had it for some time now and whilst I really like the scent and the function of the diffuser. It is really loud. I have had to move it out of the rooms we are in the most because it is very noisy when operating.
It says in the description a slight fan noise but I would disagree with the description.
I have to say that I was disappointed, for an otherwise great product
