Some brokers can be very pushy but not Eco Logic Partners. They showed understanding, commitment and honesty when looking for utility pricing for our company.

Both Josh & Edward understood the consignment and sorted our companies pricing accordingly, saving us a considerable amount of money over the course of the contract.

Sophie & Chris have been fantastic in ensuring we get the best prices for our Business Electricity and Gas. We had an issue with one of the change overs from E-on to British Gas Lite - this was the fault of the utility companies and not ecologic, but ecologic went above and beyond to ensure we were not out of pocket. Thanks both :-)

I cannot recommend Eco Logic and particularly Josh enough! Josh has helped me for a while now and every time he’s been able to swiftly deal with everything for me. They’ve been nothing but a pleasure to deal with and taken the stress out of me trying to do it all myself! Can’t thank Josh and Eco Logic enough for their continued help and support!

UPDATE 22/05/24: Since posting this review, Ecologic have been in contact and have confirmed cancellation of the contract in question.
They have reached out to extend their apologies for the way our case was handled.
The case is now closed and fully resolved.

08/05/24 - Mis-sold a contract.
At first they seemed great, however, once the contract was signed never heard from them again.
Since discovered the contract was sold under false terms, after raising a complaint no-one ever replied. I had to contact them on many occasions to get the same response "all managers are in a meeting, someone will call you back". Here I am nearly 2 months later with still no response, no call back, nothing. The whole process from start to finish has been a nightmare.

Great service from Nathan and Chris. Made a refreshing change to the calls I frequently receive to speak to people who are actually trying to secure you the best deal!

In addition to my previous post, regarding Ecologic. I forgot to mention the 'Force Majeure', AKA, Dayna (or better know to many, by her alter-ego Mazakeen Smith).
When it comes to ensuring the Customer is a Happy Chappy, this Lady goes above and beyond. For that, I thank you.
Any new contract, will experience teething problems, instead of me spending hours on the phone or endless emails, to the new Supplier, just email Dayna and Maze gets the job done.

Mathew Storey contacted me to discuss our upcoming business contract renewals, he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. He was friendly and professional, a great asset to the company.
