I recently had my annual service for my heat pump, and Tom, the engineer, suggested the need for some remedial work.
A few weeks later, Tom & Dan returned to carry out the required work. They were both spot on and got the job done efficiently. Although it took a bit longer than we all expected, I was more than happy with the outcome. there was minimal disruption while they were on site, and they kept everything clear and tidy throughout.
I'm more than happy to recommend them and the company based on my experiences with them.

I have had my heat pump serviced by the Eco Services team for two years now. I really appreciated the thoroughness with which their engineers performed the maintenance tasks. The office staff was also helpful in arranging the visits and quoting for any additional jobs and equipment. A diligent company doing an important job as we transition to electric heating systems in the UK.

The gentleman that came to service our air sorce heat pump was excellent. Really polite and friendly, explaining everything he was doing and took extra time to help us set up our mobile phone app! Very impressed!

Tom did a great job sorting my app, servicing the system and adding some piping and covering for the main pipes. His work was clean and efficient. Felt reassured and confident about what he did.

The guy who came did everything he could to make it easier and he cleaned everything really well. He was friendly and easy to speak to and explained what he was doing.

He left everything in order and ensured it was still working before he left.

2nd year this engineer has been to service our heatpump great friendly lad had to do a couple of remidal jobs all done with no problems. Will be seeing you next year

Engineer arrived to complete annual service review.
Was very friendly, once service had been completed explained what was required to ensure heat pump was protected during the winter and completed work there and then.
No mess and everything left as it was found. A very happy customer.

This is our second annual service with eco services and again excellent customer service and thorough system check up. Also reloaded my app as it had lost our system in the past week. Top job.

Yearly Heat pump service was the best so far. Tom arrived when expected, was helpful and answered all of my questions and gave the system a good check over. Highlighted what was needed to get it up to scratch and that the company could ensure this was done for me when we were ready.

Tom, my engineer was polite, helpful, and showed respect by removing shoes in the house. Definitely deserved my score.

The man was very polite and well mannered excellent service explain what he was doing and explained what I would need if I'm changing my radiators can't fault the man for is tightness and well knowledge

Really pleased with our service engineer for our heat pump. He reconnect our thermostat and also found why the heat pump was leaking and remedied this for us. Great freindly service done by knowledgeable and helpful engineer. Would definitely recommend.
