From start to finish Ash (Ashley) was fantastic. All along the process he cleaned up after he carried out the fitting. I would certainly recommend Leicester Aircon 100%. Paul if you were to let Ash go, I think you would be making a big mistake. He knows what he is doing and does it in a professional friendly manor.

We have had aircon fitted in two room of our home. The service was excellent from the first visit to the day of installation. The installation was fast and the lads were efficient and experienced. Most importantly it’s been 27 deg outside today and the whole house is a very pleasant 20 deg. Would recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We got a few quotes for aircon for our four bed detached and weren’t sure about the best system for us. Paul was very professional and knowledgeable and supported us very patiently with our choice. Communication was excellent throughout and all members of the team have been very friendly and courteous. Install was on time and Ash, our installer was fab. Job completed tidily, with minimal disruption and always kept us informed. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Leicester Air Conditioning Services, Ash did an amazing job installing our air conditioning systems, he was very considerate and careful in understanding our needs and went the extra mile to ensure that the condenser on the left hand side of our house was tucked away out of sight of our neighbours.

Thanks Guys! Had a great conversation regarding AC in my kitchen/diner. No hard sell, just a friendly conversation to understand options and get rough prices.
Then once id decided to get a proper quote, Paul came out and looked at the installation site, room size etc and made a recommendation based on this and my budget and preference fir installation site - this was straight forward and took 15mins.. Again no hard sell.
I received the quote online and was left to decide what I wanted.
Once deposit paid, Ash came out and installed the system in a day. All work carried out cleanly and professionally.

Overall, great company, really easy to work with them and the work carried is brill.

The unit installed is nice and quite, all the pipework in neat and tidy.

Im looking to get another system installed and will defo use again.

We contacted Leicester Air Conditioning to get a local comparison to a quote we already had through Costco. We were surprised the quote was slightly lower for comparable equipment but most of all we immediately warmed to Paul who attended the Site Survey.

After accepting the quote, the delivery and installation was arranged and the two guys who arrived to fit the equipment were brilliant. We had some last minute installation challenges with siting the outside box but the guys were really accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure were were happy with the job.

It is too early to review the actual Air Con side of things but as a heating boost the system is great. I am confident when summer gets here I'll be wondering why we didn't do this sooner.

Great service Paul came and checked the job priced it up straight away and it was installed within a week by 2 competent fitters from the company. Nice and tidy job and no mess left behind. So far no problems with the unit has been working fine for the last 7 months. We had to have a floor mounted unit fitted due to access and head hight as it’s in a loft. However no complaints as it is very powerful can be used for both cooling and heating. Would highly recommend them or use again if needed for the future.

I’ve dealt with lots of air conditioning companies and these guys are head and shoulders above the rest I can say 100% you won’t be disappointed. Ask for what you would like and it will be provided.

Extremely happy LACS, there was an issue with supply of the air con unit , but Paul did all he could to resolve it, offering alternatives , but Paul did get the units I requested, and Ash and Dan ( the fitters) couldn’t be more helpful , always checking I was happy where the units were going etc, cleaning up all the rubbish as they went along,Ash went through the operation with me and set the App up . More than happy with the service and highly recommended.

Everything went exactly as quoted. With the added bonus the guys are a polite happy team . For the first time in 45yrs of being a house owner i had zero cleaning up after they left.

We contacted Leicester Air Condition Services as we weren't happy with our current provider. Paul was amazing in explaining to us the process and answering all our question we had in regards to the AC Units & Servicing. We got our business booked in to have 2 units services and then last min change to 4 units and the team where very accommodating to the change with no hesitation.

The team came out as they said on the time and day given the lads who came out again where very professional and helpful explaining the process step by step and what to look out for. Could be more happier with the services provided by the business and its team.
