Wonderful Service
Wonderful Service. Even being quite late, the sales person was patient, explained everything thoroughly and checked the car before he gave it to me. Then at the return the service was just as great. Outstanding!

All was ok
Overall everything was ok. From my experience the airport sales team need to improve their service, because lady I had to deal with was not the most helpful. The car itself had no issues at all. Return was super easy and staff member was excellent.

I will never rent ECH again
They gave me a dented Toyota Aygo. When I returned it, the employee pointed out a barely noticeable mark on the front bumper, which was definitely from the previous accident. He told me it wasn't my fault but that he would report it. I asked him several times in front of witnesses, and he always told me I wouldn't be charged anything. I dropped the car off, and the next day they charged me €146.00. I was deceived by the employee at Catania airport. Terrible service. I will never rent from ECH again.

ECH took my money illegally
I have been travelling a lot with several car rental experiences. This was the worst ever. I had a tyre change due to a damage (not puncture) in the tyre. I reported to the company during the rental period that it is not safe to continue driving with the original tyre and I will change the spare tyre. No problem with that. However, after the rental period company took 260 eur from my credit card deposit. This normal in the case you had a puncture you are responsible for. I complained and showed a photo taken before the rental period showing that the tyre damage was already there. ECH did not response to my emails and they did not answer my phone calls either. Total radio silence. Completely unprofessional and illegal way to take customer‘s money. Please avoid this company!
