Setting up account is relatively simple, staff are friendly and polite. However if anything goes wrong, it's a lottery as to which member of staff you speak to and how well they are trained. Only on a couple of occasions have I been lucky enough to get a member of staff who listens, hears what you say and has the competence to deal with an issue.
I have had issues run on for weeks, then get sorted immediately by one member of staff who knows what they are doing.

Rate charged not as fixed price contact!!
Had one bill so far and rate charged seem to vary from those quoted on the fixed price contract but overall the total price seems about right. Lets see what happens with the next bill!! Otherwise no complaints.
