Ebico - in business to help their customers

Every contact with Ebico has been helpful, pleasant efficient and friendly. The Advisors couldn't be more helpful. From my first contact with the Company to check on different options available and sign up for an account, I felt comfortable and encouraged. Not only was the package good value but I felt the ethos of the company was geared towards genuinely helping their customers to get the best deal and service. On- line access is straightforward and everything is easy to understand. Thank you Ebico

1. I am unable to log in to my account.
2. Since my last telephone conversation with your customer services several weeks ago, with regard to your incorrect notation of my gas meter reading, when you put your dd on hold, I have not yet heard from you!

Easy online access

Easy online access. Customer services enabled me to take over running my elderly mother's account, then dealt with her death with sensitivity. Closing the account upon sale of property also carried out efficiently.
