Worst experience with EasyPark, their customer service is terrible
If you ever stuck with them their customer service will make sure to give you worst experience ever. I do not review often, but my experience with EasyPark forced me to share. I have opened an account with them, but it never worked. Their app and website are too buggy. Despite the service never getting used, I get an invoice from them every month.
I have sent many cancellation requests, but they go straight to the dumpster, refusing to close my account and keeping on demanding payment for services I have never used. This is really really frustrating, and honestly, this feels like looting the customers.
They finally responded that they will shut the account on 31 December 2024 and I had already paid the invoice until then without using any service. Now to my surprise they send the new invoices now.
If you are considering opening an account with EasyPark, please don't - you will only end up locked in and paying for nothing.
Great app - awful customer service
I have been a customer for years using the app which is very user friendly and also works abroad. I was always happy until now when I had to deal with customer services for the very first time.
A short stay parking session was not stopped and the EUR 2,90 parking fee has turned into EUR 53. I received zero support from customer service. I was told it is my responsibility to stop the session so tough luck - there is nothing they will help with. I would have been happy to cover some sort of admin costs that would have occurred for this transaction but there was no talking to them. Zero support. Nil. Nada. My account will be debited for the full fee.
I don’t know what happened. I used the app for years and this never happened to me. I am 100 % sure I stopped the session as I receive reminder notifications. I cannot proof of course but even if I did forget I find the customer support despicable after years of being a loyal customer and paying my invoices on time etc. there could have been some sort of help offered for this slip up which I believe could have also been the result of a malfunctioning of the app.

Customer service does not respond
The app malfunctioned which meant that I was charged 80 euros as if I had been parked for 30 hours when I was actually parked for 10 minutes. It is 10 weeks since I first contacted easypark about this, they have admitted they can see that I logged in to the app when I had finished parking. I have also sent video evidence of my car parked somewhere else 20 minutes later. They take more than a week to answer emails and then say the refund "might" be processed in 2-3 weeks, then nothing happens and now they do not reply to emails at all. Really terrible customer service.

When EasyPark started working with Riverty I immediately changed my payment method, I never received any invoices or payment requests from Riverty so I've never used their services, but I still see my bank details on Riverty. I deleted my EasyPark account, and I tried to get in contact with Riverty, but they redirected me to the EasyPark. Then I try to get in contact with EasyPark and they redirect me back to the Riverty. It's impossible for me to delete my bank account details from Riverty's and EasyPark's systems.

Really horrible customer service. I tried emails but no response after 3 weeks. And by phone customer service weren’t willing to help. They only take your money.

Terrible servicedesk. Unreachable. The big problems started when Parkline was taken over by EasyPark.
You just don't get them on the line. Frustrated!

Never use Easypark
Visited in Holland at the September. Tried to pay the parking by starting easypay application. 3.2 €/hour was announced as price. When pushed start button, price unexpectedly jumped to 26€. Noticed be easypark that it request of local municipality to pay for 24 hours with no any option. No cancelation was possible. I stopped the parking and connected to local parking service. The confirmed that I'll not pay any fees due to my payment to Easypark. On total I paid 26 € to Easypark and 80€ to local municipality. Never use easypark!!!!
Very bad support and service
Very bad support and service. For the unknown reason and some inner problems in the system, Eassypark doubled my account (2 accounts with the same phone number and same email address) and I've got 2 separate invoices for the 2 same account, one account was active and I used it for parking actions and second account was never used. Every month they automatically charged money for active and not active account. I contacted the customer service more then 10 times, after few month of this insane, finally was my inactive account deleted, but I still got invoices for it!! When I cancelled automatic charge money from my bank account, they suspended my active main account which is completely paid. I/m really disappointed with the service of Easy park. It looks like they have no responsibility for what they do. Moreover some persons from support are extremely unpleasant and know nothing about respect.
THIS APP IS A SCAM
This company is a scam. Please do not make the same mistake I did, do not use this app. The customer service is non existent to the point that I consider this company fraudulent. I had a disagreement with a charge, and I tried to get in contact with customer service who didn’t come back to me for weeks, meanwhile I was getting charged additional fines for late payments while waiting to hear back from customer service.
When they finally replied after weeks of emailing they were very rude and unhelpful. I believe this company is doing it on purpose so that you get charged penalties while waiting for a response.
I very much regret ever downloading this app.
Knows how to collect payment but dunno how to correct incorrect payment!!
Couldn't sovle the problems after months since August. Been telling them that I was overcharged for the shop&stop zone, which normally charge 0.20 cent for the first half hour but was charged the full price. Send an email to them and was told that they can't do anything as they collect parking taxes on behalf of third parties. What a bullshit!! Knows only how to collect payments but dunno how to correct payment!
Since the last update the parking icon…
Since the last update the parking icon no longer remains visisble under the phone's notifications (despite the option being enabled in settings). As a result, it's easy to forget about ongoing parking sessions and overpay, until the sms notification from EasyPark for which (surprise-surprise) tbey charge a different fee. Clearly changed in bad faith to grab more money from people, will switch to a different parking app.
Cannot reach customer service via…
Cannot reach customer service via telephone and no response via email. This is very frustrating and extremely bad customer service. EasyPark/Rivety suspended my account without notifying me. All of my payments were made on time. I've sent numerous emails and have called multiple times but nobody answers. It's definitely time for me to move to another parking app.

For many years - more than 6 ? - I was a very satisfied user.
Last evening, going to a restaurant in Amsterdam, I found the app completely changed.
My two cars were still in, I could only choose the correct one ;
Otherwise, I had to insert all details of my credit card ! After more than 15 minutes trying it in the street, I gave up and paid 2 and 1/2 h… And had to extend 20 more minutes, which was fortunately allowed by the machine…
SO, THE NEW APP IS USELESS FOR ME - SO FAR…

Terrible app, even worse customer service
For several months now, I have not been able to open any Parkbee garages through this app. I have contacted their own support and Parkbee and neither of them could provide a solution. Despite mailing Easypark with proof of the issue several weeks ago, I have still not heard back. Their customer service is absolutely worthless and their app is really buggy. It regularly shows me that I have no internet connection or doesn't allow me to terminate a parking session.
