ik krijg net een reactie van easypark onder deze review dat ze mij graag via de klantenservice willen helpen... wat een onzin! heb daar na lang zoeken mee gebeld en gemaild en daar wordt gewoon gezegd "het is uw eigen schuld "en mail maar met de klantenservice".. en die regageren helemaal niet, ook niet na 2x mailen

I parked in the jordaan in Amsterdam for a couple of hours, ended the session, but the next day i found out that another parking session in an expensive parkbee garage had started at the same time. 49 euros I had to pay extra. Despite I always have my notitfications on, push and sms I did not receive any message. Finally talked to customer service and they just said "it is your own responsibility"Not saying antything about the failing push and sms messages and I had to send a email to customer service, which they just nog respond to even after sending it again. Unbelievable how things have changed and i read so many bad experiences, it is unbelievable how they treat their customers. I was a customer with parkmobile for over 10 years, and I am not going to park with this company again ever.

Scam!!!
Awful. This is the 4th time the app ripped us off. The first three times was because when I stopped the parking meter, it didn't REALLY stop and continued to run all night and day. Only in the morning, I saw a text message that the meter was still running, I had to go into the app and stop again.
But this time is a kicker - as we were walking out of the parking area, we started the app - but the customer service insists that when we started the app, we were in the all day parking zone - for a tune of €50, instead of €6.40 that we would have paid for the two hours we stayed there.
Who in the right mind pays all day, when arriving at 14:00 at the destination?
Called the customer service a couple of times to explain the situation, and they weren't much of a help. Basically says users' fault, and says that app clearly indicates it was an all day parking. I beg to differ. And, a smart app would NOT allow an all day parking at 14:00 in the afternoon.
I just feel that the app is designed to maximize profits for Easypark.
Needless to say, I am deleting this app from my phone.
I miss ParkMobile - they were much more reasonable.

Ending account fails again and again
After ending my account 2 months ago they still write off money from my bank.
It is not possible to contact them. Whether calling ParkMobile customer service or Riverty Administration nobody actually helps me adequatly.

Since a few weeks I can not use the Easypark NL app anymore (after using it for years without problems as ParkMobile app). Suddenly it ask me to update my payment data. But it does not accept any of the payment data. I think Easypark did split the app by country. For some reason it does not accept my postal code. I tried to call the helpdesk, but every when the I have to make a choice for language the line is interrupted. So by phone they service desk is not accesable. So I tried by email. After a week I got an anwer that they will transfer the account. But since I do not get any help anymore. I'm will start looking for another parking app.

Well I liked it better when it was Parkmobile.
The thing that irritates me most is that it doesn’t automatically display the parking zones, I generally have to manually input the number, and also it doesn’t retain info on my car so I have to go into my settings to retrieve that. All takes time. Sigh.☹️

Thank you for being a helpful parking app. which I have enjoyed over the years. Unfortunately, recently I had a bad experience.
On August 4, 2024 in Delft area I had parked my car and registered with EasyPark as usual. But to my surprise, I received on August 9, 2024 a parking FINE of Euro 94. I fail to understand WHY?? EasyPark had already charged me Euro 30.64 and now a FINE of Euro 94 which I had to pay immediately. I have written to Delft Gemeente with proof of my payments and hopefully they will consider my case. However, I fail to understand why EasyPark did not register and how come I was doubly charged. This was not a good experience and I would greatly appreciate an explanation. Thank you!

Start a parking activity
Almost always, when I want to start a parking activity, the app doesn’t allow me. I have to do workarounds. Usually, I have to go to my profile, click on my car and go back to starting activity. Some times it works,
