High prices, but low quality app

The bought the competitors and significantly increased the price. It is an oligopoly now. It must be controlled by the government as it provides access to basic needs.
But how about fixing the mobile app - at least cancel the parking session if I am far away from the spot?

Greedy scammers

First they bought their cheap competitors, and now they will skyrocket their prices. Parking with this app will result in higher prices then for parking itself in some cases.

Used their app for years, but the last couple of months it's working like crap. I had several parking actions that still ran after i canceled. When you try to talk to support they basically tell you it's YOUR fault that their shitty app isn't working. I hope they go bankrupt for their greed. %$#%$#@% them

Thieves disguised as a parking app

After I parked and clicked on cancel parking, the app continued to charge me until the next day and I was charged 48 euros for parking.

After I contacted customer service, they decided that they were removing the warranty and were not willing to refund the money.

If there is one thing I will definitely not do, it is use your app again.

Scammers!

Terrible Experience – Unresolved Refund for Over 7 Months!


On August 9th, I used a ParkBee parking space that required a gate for entry and exit. I used the EasyPark app to open and close the gate on the same day, after a maximum of 2 hours. However, on August 29th, I discovered that the parking session had not ended correctly due to an issue with the app, resulting in an unfair charge of €311.43.

I immediately contacted EasyPark multiple times. They assured me that a case was opened, yet after seven months, I have received no refund and no proper response. Despite numerous calls and emails, they have completely failed to resolve this issue.

This is unacceptable customer service, and I would not recommend EasyPark to anyone. If you value your money and expect reliable support, look elsewhere.

Achterlijk bedrijf. Avoid this company at all costs!

I parked a few times, and I was under the assumption that the payments were being taken whenever I parked.
However their system fails to provide invoices, and therefore you just see random amounts being deducted from your bank.
When I contacted them, asking them for more information, they ignored me for two months and then just sent the outstanding payments to a debt collector.

They raised a ticket issue for my query, but never bothered to answer and closed it automatically.

After cancelling subscription and…

After cancelling subscription and deleting account they still try to charge money. SCAM do not use!

In response to EasyPark response: I've contacted EasyPark multiple times without getting any responses, cancelled my subscription, closed my account and I'm still getting charged.

I made a mistake in the application with the day ticket

I made a mistake in the application to park with a day ticket instead of per hour. It was impossible to turn back, adjust or change. I only parked for 1 hour. I called customer service to cancel the day ticket and ask to have at least half a day charged. They are powerless. The same when I submitted my request in writing. Nobody can help me to adjust that. Very bad arrangement, not good customer service. I immediately unsubscribed from their application

Impossible to cancel

Impossible to cancel. Dark UX. You cannot cancel until you pay your bill, but your account auto-renews. Do not use this app. Try YellowBrick instead from the ANWB, much better and honest.

Charges sessions which you don't do

I am taking my time to give this review.

I started using the app because it was recommended by the local municipality. SUCH A BAD BAD BAD APP

I thought that I was crazy when i went up to them and told them there were parcking sessions WHICH I DID NOT DO. Apparently there are other reviews here that went through the same.

Very difficult to delete the account, sending you wrong verification codes.

I lost about 200 euros with these... i abstain from using curse words.

Don't use. stay away.

Bad app, worse customer service

I have been charged for someone else's parking for a shared car. Their chatbot is useless, they don't respond to my mails, and they don't have a customer line because I have waited for 18 minutes on the line and nobody picked up. On their website they suggest I delete the licence plate for not getting overcharged. Then I have to pay the licence plate fee every single time I use the app. Instead of fixing their problems, it's the customer who has to pay. I will never use this app again.

We are sorry to read you have experienced this! If you had the automatic license plate recognition on for the vehicle, a parking will automatically be started in your account once the vehicle enters a registered garage.

To prevent this in the future you can turn the ANPR off in the app under Menu > Vehicles. Unfortunately it is your own responsibility to keep your account up to date, as we cannot see if you still own the vehicle or not - or who is using it. Don't use as a company

I've used EasyPark as ParkMobile before, but now it's a complete mess.

First, they migrated my account and had problems during migration that made me create a new account. All of this happened while I was parking and spent hours reaching out to them and solving it... the easiest solution was to create a new account.

Now, I extiguished my company and the main user of the app. Logical next step is deleting the account right? Because I pay a subscription on it.

There is no way to delete the account! You try via the app, it says it cannot delete the account. You try via the website and there is no easy place to delete the subscription... I might be stupid in not finding it, but I emailed them 5x and didn't get a single answer in the last 45 days! I don't know what else to do and whom to ask...

Terrible service...I have received a…

Terrible service...I have received a bill for 267€ for parking...contacted easy park and they told me the would investigate the issue...just received a threatening message from riverty telling me I have to pay or they will send it to a collection agency.,.I called riverty and the lady told me I had no choice but to pay it and then try and claim the money back...I will not be blackmailed into paying for a service I did not receive...I've just downloaded my invoice and found out for myself why my bill is so high...when you activate the SMS reminder to inform you you have a active parking.... They add to the bill you 25 cents plus tax every 15 minutes...the invoice shows 41 SMS charges for 1 parking event even though I got one SMS in my message box.....this is a 100% scam.

Previously as Parkmobile it was…

Previously as Parkmobile it was possible to dowload invoices to help with accounting. After the change to Easy Park this is no longer an option. What is easy about that? Good time to swap to YellowBrick
