They keep charging you after you closed your account
I closed my account due to the high % of the parking costs they charge. After I closed my account, they kept charging the monthly fee. Contact with the customer care desk did not offer a solution. It is a small amount but they should not do that. You can't close your account when a payment is still due, even if you haven't used the app. Then you have to ask them to close your account which takes a while and then they charge you again. Then they tell you that because you closed your account they don't have access to the data anymore and can't help you or reimburse you. Terrible! Scam!
No refund when you mistakenly overcharged
I was significantly overcharged by EasyPark (43 Eur for around 2 hours of parking instead of 5 Eur). I have all the necessary proofs and confirmation from the parking owner. However, it is not possible to get refund. Easypark agents simply ignore my request since April.

Good app, some minor issues
Mostly works ok and is reliable, but I have had problems adding new vehicles. The system says I’ve reached my max., I delete previously registered vehicles and the issue continues. The international version of the app which I’ve used before is better, but not accessible because of location.

I've been using EasyPark for a little over a year now, and I'm happy that it's largely been easy to use, and dependable.
AI chatbot from Easypark sucks. I mean really, really sucks!
I wanted to speak, chat or mail with an employee, because the chatbot AI from Easypark did not understand my complaint. I was waiting for more then an hour, but no employee entered the chat as promised. Then suddenly the chatbot started again. I had to do everything all over. Also the 2nd time no employee entered the chat. The chatbot came on again after an hour. I gave up. Delete the app. Better write a review then spent more time with a flunking chatbot.

problems and fines after paying via easy park
I paid for parking in Prague (Czech Republic) via the EasyPark app. However, I received a fine in the mail, which says that I did not pay for parking. I have the transaction statement as proof that I paid. I wrote to easy park support. however, I have not received any answer. on their website they have only an automatic chat bot support. on the phone they simply do not answer (they constantly dropping the call). it is impossible to get through. In addition, they also take money for their service. that is, you pay a higher price than you would pay using other applications. support just ignores you. terrible company. terrible service.
A ridiculous experience
I received an invoice for a parking session in Germany for a car that I sold long before that – it was probably done by the new owner. I chatted with their bot and eventually managed to speak to a customer support agent. You know what he did? He copied a template rejection answer with someone else’s license plate and sent it to me.
At that point, I just felt there was no point in wasting my time with such a company anymore. There was no professionalism, no intention to actually help the customer resolve their issue.

My cancellation notice last April was confirmed by text message by EasyPark but they kept charging me for monthly fees. Called customer service who said that they would again confirm cancellation by emailbut coiuld not assist with refund and referred to to a client service webpage. Email did not arrive. Wrote to customer service page and received a useless standard reply from a chatbot. No one bothererd to read my request. Canceled one previous payment myself and received a refund today, still without any response. Feels like money being thrown at me.
Worthless attitude. Happy with my cancelation. Easypark never again.

Everything ok until you need to reach them. Because everything is AI it is almost impossible to reach them with anything else except for a simple question

EasyPark App Scam
EasyPark’s app update is a complete scam. I was charged 30 euros for parking due to a confusing new UI. Before, starting a session prompted an end time, which I set for my class duration. Now, it auto-starts with a hidden button to set a timer, which I missed, resulting in a huge bill. Customer service was useless—no refund, no help. I’m done with this app. Fix your UI and stop ripping off users!
