Worry-free service
All good from ordering to delivery. The lampshade was described exactly as it appeared. I was kept informed throughout about expected, and actual, delivery dates. The outer cardboard delivery box was slightly damaged, but the item inside was not affected. I am very happy with my item

Slow delivery
Slow delivery, ordered on 6/10/22 and received 15/10/22 after calling twice to see what was happening. Lamp was ordered from a third party. Then when it arrived, the lamp was a bit small, very fiddly to assemble and parts seemed flimsy. Now it's assembled it does the job but overall bit disappointed.

Worth waiting for
Sorry for the delay in reviewing. The light was finally made operational today. I am really impressed with the look of it. I like the shape, and the colour goes perfect with the ceiling it’s attached to. After not having a light in this area for a short while; it is really pleasing to have it on as it goes darker now.
