I had a faulty hose which was under guarantee the service and arranged a replacement

Pleasantly surprised to have my enquiry dealt with so efficiently. Our hose was just over a year old, not misused and stored inside over the winter months, but split and no longer fit for purpose. Hozelock replaced the hose after we provided evidence of damage and proof of purchase. Well done Hozelock!

Our hozelock spray gun started leaking after around around 11months.
I contacted them
And they at once sent a replacement as a gesture of goodwill.

I have two Jet Plus spray guns and also a Pro Straight jet gun and all have failed within just a few months of use, watering plants and washing my cars.
They have the same problem in that the 'O' ring on the piston starts to leak causing water to flow out of the body of the guns.
My original jet gun lasted for years, but these later ones don't seem to have the same robustness.

A fantastic company 5⭐️plus! I contacted via e mail as my Hozelock auto hosepipe was leaking from within. It was 2 years old and I doubted that it would be under guarantee.
A couple of e mails sent with proof of purchase and a video of problem and a new hose was on its way free of charge. Tim my customer advisor was brilliant, prompt and efficient. All I can say is I am always going to buy Hozelock products now as they deliver on their guarantee unlike other companies that have a hidden clause somewhere that makes your guarantee invalid.
To conclude warranty brilliant, customer service brilliant, communication brilliant.🤩

It's no wonder that Hoselock are the market leaders in their field, because their excellent product range is backed up by terrific aftersales. I had an issue with a 4 year old Auto Hose Reel which was identified and the unit subsequently replaced free of charge, all within 5 days! Their dealer, Alan Wadkins Ltd handled the whole process, so thank you both.

Very happy with the service I received from Hozelock. Their agent Chloe is very helpful and friendly and my issue was resolved very quickly. Would recommend this company not just for their great products but their customer service is a breath of fresh air especially as you speak to a person rather than a bot from the get go.

Bought one of Hozelocks expandable hoses nearly two years ago. It’s started leaking in the middle and squirts water out. I contacted customer service by email, and after sending pictures of the item and receipt, they have easily agreed to send me a replacement.
Excellent and easy process. Very impressed. Will definitely use again in the future.

I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service and warranty. I've had 2 products that have failed but always been replaced under warranty. The seams split on my Superhose and the plastic join in the spray head also leaked. I would only give 3-4 stars for the products themselves as the same problems seem to arise but always ok as replaced quickly. Thank you Ross for your quick attention in resolving the issue.
