Disgusting company

They're coercing their employees to freelance, so they won't have to pay them insurance. That will lower their already shocking salaries, make their employment status completely uncertain, as they won't be bound to employ them by any laws and leaves employees completely exposed.

You cant turn your employees into…

You cant turn your employees into freelancer contractors. Minimum wage in Greece is very low, and the cost of delivery thank god is comensurate. Either the cost will transfer directly to the customer, or you will keep your delivery as full timed employed. Unless you are willing to risk not finding employees to work as couriers at all.

The company is taking advantage of…

The company is taking advantage of Greece's new unacceptable working regulations by the new government. And by this, they are treating their employees with the worst possible way.
