No possibility to change a delivery address

Whilst it may not be the latest model. All I wanted was an efficient, cordless vacuum. My daughter has the V10 and hasn't had any problems. The V10 Absolute was on offer with a free docking station at a very good price and so I went for it. Have just used the powered furniture head and it cleaned all the cat hairs and dust off the dining room chairs. Two minuses, but I can live with them, firstly, the battery on full didn't last that long, and two the dust collection had to be emptied four times.......As I say, for what I want, it is amazing and at the price, good value!

There was a problem with the battery of the device as it was completely dead. Dyson was able to help out by ensuring a delivery at home of a replacement piece.

A real life changer. I don’t have lot’s of hair but they are curly and thanks to the Air wrap, I can skip the hair dresser blow dry.

Value for money, love my air wrap. Delivery was quick, and information app on how to use the airwrap is excellent for starting up

Not good product

We were offered 25% discount on next purchase as Dyson could not repair our vacume, we called to put in our order and were told that the discount did not apply to new models yet their email said 25% on next purchase with no exclusions mentioned. Looks like they want to get rid of their old models so 25% discount is really not a good deal.

Very helpful staff, they analysed the problem efficiently and dispatched a replacement part. Luckily the part was covered by the guarantee so at no cost.

You can always trust Dyson to do what they claim. This hot and cold fan is great. We already owned a cooling fan which we were very pleased with. The hot fan is remarkable and warms a large area.

The employee who answered my call was helpful and courteous but I can't remember her name. We agreed my order. She asked if she could help with anything else but I didn't think of asking for a new filter as I didn't know that they degraded over time. I learned this when my husband watched the YouTube videos changing the battery, cleaning the machine etc, recommended in one of the emails you sent after my purchase. The battery arrived in two days. Excellent service. I hope someone can translate for you.

It's definitely a premium product. My hair is not very cooperative unfortunately, so it doesn't stay curly for example, but the tool is amazing.

Good service and helpful Dyson guy. But the solution was to buy a new motor for my machine, which was only 18 months old. As that was a brand new replacement for my old machine it only had a years guarantee.

My complaint was handled very quickly from my call to receiving the replacement part. I was able to speak in English to the extremely polite call handler. My Dyson is under guarantee so the part was replaced free of charge and without quibbling. The delivery company was efficient and polite.
