The battery for my dyson vacuum failed after 9 months. Dyson sent one gratis (obviously) with delivery 3-5 days. It was on my doorstep next morning. Great service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Horrible customer service, no answer, waiting for the solution of the problem for last 3 months. Replacement fee paid over a month ago, old vacuum cleaner sent back, still no info when we receive the new one. 15 emails sent so far. Contact on WhatsApp , multiple calls. Such a waste of time. Absolute rubbish attitude.

Good Product and Good Delivery
Dyson product is far the best in the market. Powerful vacuum, easy handling. Every time we clean any place, we are shocked how much dirt comes.

I , am so annoyed as the courier could not bring me the package as I could not phone back saying that I am at home !
When I phone back it says that the number is not velisti !
You can’t expect that people have their phone on themselves 24 per day !

Dyson Spain does no refund you, when you send items back in new condition. They send you the same macro for 4 months. I needed to forward this to a lawyer and still no refund.
