A Shady Operation to Avoid at All Costs!

Transaher is hands-down the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with, and I strongly urge anyone to steer clear of them. I ordered products from Dyson Portugal to be delivered to the Azores, and Transaher has turned this into a complete nightmare. Since June 22, there’s been no update on my package—no tracking, no communication, nothing. Their excuse? My package is supposedly stuck in customs for a delivery from Spain to Portugal, which makes zero sense for EU countries and screams scam. They keep demanding my ID number or NIF, which I’ve provided multiple times, yet the package still hasn’t moved.

Their customer service is nonexistent. Every call or email is met with vague promises or outright silence, leaving me and my friend—who also ordered through Dyson Portugal—feeling robbed. BTW these calls are with Dyson, when you go to the Transaher website in portugal there are 2 numbers to contact, one that does not work and one that the lady says she doesn’t work for Transaher. Online reviews paint a grim picture, with countless others reporting similar experiences of undelivered packages and shady tactics. Transaher’s operations feel like a deliberate con, designed to waste your time and money. Save yourself the headache and avoid this fraudulent company at all costs

Bauhaus order never arrived

Bauhaus sent me a solar panel that is now lost, after 10 days of silence. I called Bauhaus, and they just received an "incidencia" yesterday that the panel was lost AND that they had tried to deliver the panel. Sorry for Bauhaus, would recommend them to use another company.

Don’t expect compassion or service

This delivery company driver refused to enter the building and use the lift carrying a light package despite the fact I was unwell.

He stated they only deliver to the street.

However I checked with the seller who stated this was not true.

He stood outside, for longer than it would take to use the lift and then stated he would return the item to the seller.

He then lied on his form stating I told him to go back home. Anyone who speaks English will know that is not what an English person would say.

He spoke and understood English well for a foreigner but his terminology was way off.

I have a chronic disease and he said get well soon as his parting message on WhatsApp which I have stored. You don’t get better you merely manage yourself on a day to day basis and I was having a really bad day.

Ugly attitude and abusive behaviour to a “vulnerable person”

Yet another courier company that can only manage 1.5 * and staff who will do anything possible to avoid work.

I had two orders to be delivered to my…

I had two orders to be delivered to my house both from Bauhaus. When the delivery arrived I had one part of of the first order and one part of the second order. When I asked the driver about the missing item he told me that was all he had for me. My wife has emailed them but still no reply. We have emailed Bauhaus and they told us that they are waiting for a response from Transaher. This has been going on for weeks now and we are no further forward. We intended to use Bauhaus for further orders for our house reform, but not when they use an incompetent company like Transaher.

Just took 3 Weeks to arrive

Dyson is providing delivery times that said the package will be deliverd within 72hours. One week after my order Dyson gave my Package to transaher without providing a tracking link. After contacting dyson they gave me a Link. Now this is again 2 1/2 Weeks later and my Package arrived today. After several times where they tryied to deliver they said they cant find my adress. AlsoI never got a call from a driver. Well now my Package arrived and i am happy but having such a long delivery now a days is crazy especially for a Company like dyson where you dont expect that kind of delivery.

Delivery over 13 days from ES to PT

Worst delivery company experience ever!!
Waiting for a delivery from Spain to Portugal over 13 days now and counting.
Status on the site just moved to the latest stage of the process "in delivery", which you would assume it would arrive in that day, not the case with this company, still in this status over 2 days now.

Avoid their service at all costs!!

Dyson package undelivered with forged signature

A package I ordered from Dyson was marked as delivered, but I never received it. To make matters worse, the delivery receipt has someone else's signature.
I was the entire day at home waiting and no one came. I only received an email with the invoice in the end of the day saying it was delivered and with the forged signature.
Apparently this happened to many people.

Package not received and forged signature

Transaher, is apparently the courier company used exclusively by Dyson Portugal/Spain. A package I ordered from Dyson was marked as delivered, but I never received it. To make matters worse, the delivery receipt shows a forged signature, which is a serious offense.

As the package was supposed to be delivered to an apartment, there are multiple steps required to access the building. No one I know or who lives at the address accepted the package on my behalf, and the package was not left in the building. Furthermore, I was never contacted by the courier to arrange delivery.

Let me clarify that I have not, nor will I, deal directly with Transaher regarding this issue. I am not their client—Dyson is. It is Dyson’s responsibility to handle the matter with their chosen courier, and their reliance on a company like Transaher reflects poorly on their business.

After contacting Dyson and receiving no concrete resolution, I filed a formal complaint with ASAE (the Portuguese authority responsible for consumer rights). I am also preparing to file a report with the police regarding the forged signature and the loss of my package.

I will not purchase anything from Dyson again as long as they continue to use Transaher for their deliveries. Transaher’s handling of this situation has been completely unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you value secure and reliable deliveries, avoid them at all costs.

Might as well just light it on fire

Next time when you intend to send something to me with TRANSAHER, please light the parcel on fire and throw the ashes in the wind: it will have a higher chance of getting to me sooner and in better condition.

Thieves.

If there was a score lower than 1, i'd have given it.
Ordered a couch from Amazon, and they said they came to address and could not find me on october 3. I was home all day and no phone calls or even a ringing of the doorbell. I contacted customer services and for all of 12 minutes, I was barely told that the shipment was on its way (customer service cannot speak english, which is weird if you work internatiinally).

October 4 - did not step out for a second, but tracking info says they could not find anyone at the address.

October 5 - public holiday in portugal but I emailed the vendor,.Amazon and customer service to let everyone know what a horrible company this is.

October 7 - vendor said they were handling it. Transaher says they are onto it. Amazon as well. Guess what... no phone call no email and no doorbell and the tracking info says "recipient absent".

Oh and when i complained that there was no info, they changed the tracking info. Customer deception and openly lying is a crime.

Just declare bankruptcy. You are robbing people.

And whoever is working with them shame on you.

Excellent service

Yesterday this company delivered an order of wood from Bauhaus. Ordered on 7th March, delivered 11th March.
We live in a small town with restricted access for large vehicles so the driver/delivery person had to make the delivery on foot with a very heavy trolley uphill. We thank him. He is a credit to the company.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. I ordered a hairdryer from Dyson on 12th of Dec as a Christmas gift for my wife, Transaher received the item on 13th. Today is the 27th of Dec, the parcel STILL has not been delivered, I have received no communication from transaher despite me trying to contact them on numerous occasions by online form (NO REPLY), direct email (NO REPLY). and phone calls .. answered but no one in the office spoke English they said one moment and then put me through to a number that just continually rings with no answer (by the way the options to press number 1,2 or 3 for different departments was all answered by the same person and received the same reply). Dyson gave me a reference number (not a tracking number) and told me to enter it in the client area of transaher website but this just showed when the order was placed and that it had been paid for. Dyson helpline tried to contact them for me without success. I have now given up and had to track a hairdryer down in a physical shop to purchase and will be expecting a full refund from Dyson. As another reviewer pointed out, I don’t see how Dyson are still using this problematic company that has absolutely no customer service or respect for its suppliers.

TERRIBLE Customer service

1st time I called: they put me on hold and then cut me off
2nd time: as soon as I speak they say "one moment" and hang up
3rd time: same outcome.

TERRIBLE delivery company. Slow & TERRIBLE customer service. They were not even bothered to talk with me.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM, transaher kept lying about the delivery

I have ordered V15 from Dyson, it was and never delivered, Dyson uses this company Transaher, and not only they did not deliver my item they were also incredibly disrespectful and they lied about the delivery, they kept saying they delivered it even though they had no proof of delivery, and the customer service hung up on me many times with no call back, they made me wait at home for days in the middle of summer, they were one of the worst I have experienced, an. Transaher is a total total dissapointment, I ended up ordering from Amazon, and they delivered it within 5 days! Transaher is not to be trusted.

I cannot fault this delivery service. I placed an order with Bauhaus on the 28th June and the ladder was delivered on the 29th June. Delivery driver called once and he was at my door 10 mins later! Excellent service, Gracias

They lie about the tried to deliver and they lie about they tried to call me.

Been home 2 full days waiting. Also they reduce to give an estimates time of the delivery.

Also their tracking system is not working.. worst deliver company ever!!!
