fantastic
So far, the chairs have been fantastic. they're comfortable, durable, and look amazing outdoors. I'd absolutely buy from this brand again without hesitation.

Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever had to deal with in our life! (70 years old) we have call the customer service number repeatedly for 4 days and a live person has yet to answer up. An automated person takes your message and cell number, but never returns your call.
Update to my previous review
Update to my previous review dated 15 April 2026
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with DuraWeather Poly since last review, and unfortunately, it’s left me completely dissatisfied with their service yet again.
The most glaring issue is the near-total lack of customer support. Attempting to call them is an exercise in patience — the phone rings for an unreasonably long time with no answer. Today alone, I tried calling three separate times, and each attempt resulted in the same outcome: endless ringing with no response. It gives the impression that customer inquiries simply aren’t a priority.
Equally disappointing is their failure to respond to text messages. In an age where businesses are expected to be accessible across multiple communication channels, ignoring texts entirely is unacceptable. It feels like there’s no reliable way to reach anyone, which is especially frustrating when you need timely assistance.
There is also no option to chat online or reach support through any alternative channel. The only contact method provided is a single phone number, which appears to be a mobile number. This, combined with the lack of responsiveness, gives the impression of a very small, informal operation without a structured customer service system in place.
While small businesses can certainly provide excellent service, in this case the absence of basic support channels makes it difficult to have confidence in the company.
Beyond communication issues, this lack of responsiveness creates a broader sense of unreliability. When a company cannot be reached or fails to acknowledge customers, it erodes trust and raises concerns about how they handle other aspects of their service.
Overall, my experience has been one of complete dissatisfaction. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and unresponsiveness make it difficult to recommend DuraWeather Poly to anyone. On the basis noted above, I DON’T HAVE TRUST IN THE PRODUCT THEY REPRESENT/SELL. AS SUCH I HAVE REQUESTED VIA TEXT AS THIS IS THE ONLY FORM OF COMMUNICATION, TO PROVIDE ME WITH A FULL REFUND OF MY ORDER AS MY ORDER (as of 29 April 2026) HAS YET TO ENTER PRODUCTION. IF THERE IS ONE RECOMMENDATION I CAN MAKE, IT WOULD BE: that they need to improve upon their customer service accessibility and responsiveness if they want to retain customer confidence.

The quality of the chairs really stands out. they feel strong and well-constructed, not flimsy at all. I'm excited to see how well they hold up over time.

the chairs are not only good-looking but also very practical. The foldable design makes storage simple, and they feel very sturdy when in use. I'm really satisfied with this purchase.

I was looking at Duraweather despite the reviews, but ultiumately decided not to purchase and look elsewhere. I wanted two regular king size chairs and two with footrests and cup holders and also an end table. None of them had the same color grey available. Grey (wood grain) Cottage light grey and light grey. Some colors said (wood grain) others did not. They don't have the same colors across the board between chairs and end tables. I called customer service three times, but each time I got someone whose first language wasn't english and I couldn't understand a thing they were saying. I wanted a set that wouldn't be mismatched with the color and possibly the wood grain look. After the third call I gave up. Going to look elsewhere at other brands.

the products that i have received are very nice BUT i have been waiting for one order for over four months. The communications between Dura Weather and myself has been poor. Very frustrating. Ready to cancel and move on. If orders go as planned.5 stars if you hit a snag 0 stars.

I can get no information regarding the shipment of my order. They seem to have no customer service department as their number is directed to an overseas call center. I believe, at this point, that I have been scammed.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company! I ordered 4 chairs on March 31rst. Soon after I ordered the chairs I received a text confirming my order and stating they would be shipped on May 30th! 2 months for shipping! WOW not going to work for me. So I immediately texted back and said "that shipping date doesn't work for me, just cancel the order". It was maybe 2 hours after I placed an order. Rachelle called me immediately and told me that to cancel I had to email them. Ok , no problem. I sent the email right then. Immediately I received an email from Danica that said I can cancel the order however there would be a 15% cancellation fee! What! I just ordered them 2 hours ago. I replied for her to yes cancel the order but no I would not be paying a cancellation fee , I had just placed the order and it was because of their 2 month shipping time that I was going to cancel the order. She has not responded! 3 days and 5 emails and 1 phone call and they will not respond. I've had to start a compliant response with my credit card company. This all has been extremely time consuming because this company refuses to respond to me. Very predatory and I warn others to beware.

Never Ships Product
Never Ships Product. I ordered a bar set on Feb 15th. It's March 30th - and it hasn't shipped. The customer service absolutely is horrible. It takes over 48 hours to get back to you - primarly just email support. They then have a crooked policy of 15% cancelation fee if you cancel your order? Doesn't matter if they over a month late. Maybe they are fine for chairs, I don't know - that's what reviews seem to be about that are happy with the experience.

This is my second time
This is my second time, and I'm just as impressed. My new chairs and table are built like tanks- they've survived heavy rain and intense sub but still look brand new. Truly a worthwhile investment.
Excessively long wait for product
Excessively long wait for product, well beyond the estimated delay and required multiple follow-ups. Money taken when order placed and 2 months waiting. Assembly of glider is a nightmare, the pieces don’t fit together well. Are the positive reviews the result of a promotion?

An Abysmal Experience
It was an abysmal experience dealing with this company. I haven't had an experience this bad in the many decades I have bought things off of the internet.
They immediately took my money upon placing an order, created a shipping label, and never shipped the table and chairs. Then six weeks went by and nothing was delievered or even advanced under the tracking number. Then when I called them they blamed it on the shipping company which was a lie. Then they changed their story and said it was problem in their factory/production facilty and it would be two more weeks. So I asked to cancel and get a refund. They said not unless I paid a 15% post-production fee. I was never told they were in production. I was never contacted about a delay. I had to call them only to be lied to and be told to "be patient".
Don't expect to get furniture from this company. You will only get delays, lies, and onerous business policies/practices that are meant to rob you of your hard earned money and time!
Wow … how does this Company stay in…
Update 12/10/2025 … good luck finding the manufacturing plants in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Ohio. There are no registered addresses or business filings for Duraweather or the parent company, Patio Surplus LLC. What can be found are import documents from Patio Surplus LLC. Public import databases show Patio Surplus LLC has imported outdoor furniture (including tables, chairs, and seats under HS code 940180) from Chinese suppliers like Foshan Tanfly Furniture Co Ltd and Fuzhou Anchang Labor Protection Pro. These records date back to at least 2025 and involve shipments to their Hertford, NC headquarters. If you take a look at Hertford, NC, it is very close to Norfolk, Va, a busy shipping port. Interestingly enough, my order eventually shipped from Hertford, NC, when I’m located in Minnesota, which is central to the alleged Midwest mfg. I guess you could manufacture in the Midwest and ship to NC, then back to Minnesota. Don’t buy the “made in USA” claim.*** Wow … how does this Company stay in business? My story is similar to most others on poor delivery dates and moving targets. Customer service has been timely in providing the next excuse. I am not too far from one of their proclaimed US mfg locations and will give a visit. After doing some research, I doubt these Adirondack chairs are made in the US and this is the challenge with hitting delivery dates. That in itself is deceiving and may be a path for resolution with the FTC. Only my opinion, but will find out soon.
Good quality terrible delivery and inquiry responses
Well this was our second order from Duraweather on the first order we ordered gliders and I will say the quality was great and we love the chairs, but I do agree with those that stated the assembly instructions were not great. Putting the chairs together wasn’t too difficult but I did have to get help from my handy brother to put the glider pieces on. Would have given them 4-5 stars if I didn’t have issues with our 2nd order.
Well now for our 2nd order not so happy! Ordered them around 9/7/25, was charged on 9/8/25 and received a notice from Shop, where I track shipments, that a label was created and to expect on 9/14/25 so contacted Duraweather on 9/17/25 and they did respond in a few days stating that they had until 10/25/25 according to the estimated shipping dates and they create the labels as soon as possible so they can be ready to ship when the items are complete. I get that but we were supposed to receive the folding chairs by 10/13/25 and the counter height chairs by 10/25/25. Contacted them again on 10/10/25 heard nothing, followed up on 10/16/25 they replied on Friday, 10/17/25 saying they would check with production team and let me know where they were at by Monday or Tuesday, well it is now 10/24/25, a week later, and I haven’t heard a word. Supposed to receive the chairs by tomorrow and FedEx still is showing they are waiting on the shipment. This has been one of the most frustrating ordering experiences I have had and at this point I just want to cancel and get a refund but guessing that won’t happen given the website states they charge a restock fee so not sure how much recourse I have except to complain here and report to the BBB.
So if you are in absolutely no hurry and don’t expect responses to emails the chairs are very nice, or at least the 2 we have so far were very nice.
No response still, no parts delivered
Ordered two folding adirondack chairs, one arrived no issued, the second was lacking pieces. Immediately contacted Duraweather and received a response that they would ship the parts, about 8 weeks later now - no parts, no more email responses and they don't answer the phone. Reported to BBB.
UPDATED, We have not received an email from Duraweather since 9/2/25, no email received last week as they note in their response. We did ask for a credit and a UPS call tag to pick up the broken chair, no response to that email either.

Shipping times are a lie. Customer service is worthless. Been a week since order no tracking info and nothing but lies from Duraweather.

DISHONEST DELIVERY TIMES POSTED ON WEBSITE
I placed my order yesterday for a 9 piece set. today i get a text saying my order will not ship for 2 week after the day the website advertised it would be derived. I ordered with duraweather vs Polywood simply because of the dishonest delivery time duraweather has on their website. i called customer service and was told to bad so sad they dont care about the dishonest delivery times they have posted and they have no supervisors and no managers and they wouldnt or couldnt help me.
