Good advice Friendly approach Knowledgable advice

Il never use this paint again I've always recommended dulux but when uve got to put 4 coats on a wall theys got to be something wrong it doesn't seem to cover like it use too.

Prompt answers. Clear responses. Helpful. Resolved my issue immediately

I contacted Dulux because a tin of Cuprinol paint
Leaked ,and the person I spoke to was very helpful
And sent me a voucher so I could replace it
I like all Dulux paint ,it is of very good quality .

Omg... Vicky at Dulus was SO helpful and kind and went out of here way to support and help me. When I think of the millions of customers they much have, it amazes me that Vicky could pay so much attention to detail with me... to really help me understand the colours and techniques and to go the extra mile to make sure that I was ok moving forward. It was OK. We didm’t solve the problem but we’ll hopefully find a way round co it.

I have just bought a tin of Coastal Grey matt emulsion and when it's on the wall it's actually blue . I am very disappointed with the colour and now need to buy more paint as my hallway looks like a 1970s bathroom .
I have worked mixing vehicle paint in the past and there's no way a garage would've accepted that as grey to spray a car . I really think it would be useful if I could add a photo to this review to show you what I mean

I called Dulux for advice on what products to select for painting a composite door. The advice given by Dulux representative, Kiran Dhillon was excellent. She listened, understood our query and gave the exact advice we need. She had a very approachable telephone manner. Reinforces my trust in Dulux as a company and confidence in continuing to specify their paints.

Bought a can of sapphire salute Matt emulsion from B&Q only to find that Dulux had put the wrong shade in the can. Then travelled to Wickes only to find that their paint was the same as the B&Q e,g. The wrong shade. Obviously a whole batch of the wrong paint has been delivered to the Grantham area. As we are limited in our DIY stores available I am stuck and will have to find a different make as darent order online as can’t be sure as to getting the correct shade

Purchased a tin of so called satinwood quick drying, have put Three coats on an already White door and it still needs more Coats, worst paint I have ever used.

Was in the Trade years ago, this should not be sold.

Delux was a good name in paints.

Went for some advice today, was served by a man who was passive aggressive from the beginning as I was looking for advice, several sarky comments from him including ‘I can see I’m wasting my breath here’
A really upsetting experience. Thank god I didn’t purchase anything.

I contacted Dulux regarding a problem with solid lumps of paint in a newly purchased 5L container of brilliant white emulsion. The issue was dealt with in the most efficient and friendly way! Within a couple of days I received a voucher enabling me to purchase a new container of the product.
