Never left a review for paint before

Never left a review for paint before. However bought some from a retailer the easycare range soft truffle. 4 x 2.5l. 2 for coat 1. And 2 for second coat. When cracking open 2 of the cans for 1st coat one unfortunately had black pigment splotches of dried up paint in there so had to crack open a 3rd ( borrowing from what should have been for second coat). Rang Dulux expecting a resolution but not as exceptionally as Nicola who picked up provided. Nicola arranged a same day collect of trade diamond from the local decorator centre. Nicola who pointed out there maybe a sheen difference provided the free or charge collect in 5l as I wouldn't be able to nix perfectly the final easycare can with a differing sheen. As such the 5l would now be the final coat. So happy and glad I spoke to Nicola today. She was amazing. All in 10 mins call which included Nicola speaking to the store to make these arrangements. Thank you so much for the help it was much better than I expected and still allowed me to carry on with the day of painting!

Was sent the wrong colour paint which I…

Was sent the wrong colour paint which I realised on the day the painter is supposed to come..
Called customer service and spoke to Bal .. who has been amazing!!! Arranged for me to pick up a new tub at the decorator center in Bermondsey .. the staffs there were so friendly and welcoming.. sorted me the correct paint in no time..

Great customer service

My husband had a problem when applying the paint he contacted customer services who were very helpful and gave him some advice they also followed up to see how he had got on So excellent customer service

Colour problem

We have recently painted our lounge and kitchen after choosing the colours we wanted.
Unfortunately, when on the wall, they are both far from the colours on the paint chart. We bought a second tin (different colour) for the kitchen and still the same problem. The shop told us it is due to the light in the room! Surely not, otherwise how can you choose the colour you want according to the light in the room?

Incredibly impressed

I'm incredibly impressed with the service I received from Raj at Dulux Customer Services. We had a challenging customer issue that needed resolving, and Raj's communication throughout the process was fantastic. First review on trust pilot

First review on trust pilot. Established painting and decorating contractor in Glasgow since 1997. Recently picked up the new Dulux “ advanced contract Matt “ to try out. I use supermatt a lot. I think it’s a great product so I was keen to compare the new advanced contract Matt. Happy to review my thoughts. In can consistency good. Application no problem at all with brush and roller. Not put it through an airless unit as yet. Finish nice a flat. Ideal for task in hand. I will be using it again on more projects.

Great customer service following an issue with paint

I had a problem with some Dulux Heritage paint (Green Slate which looked very different in real life to the samples/online) and contacted customer services for some advice. I was fortunate to deal with Raj Jheeta who provided consistently excellent, professional, friendly, patient and solution driven advice over our many emails, thank you Raj you are a credit to Dulux.

I have already fed back my comments…

I have already fed back my comments about this setrvice both by telephone and in writing. We ordered tester paints on Nov 17 based on the 3-5 working days indicated on the website and they still had not arrived on Nov 25. Contradictory updates on the estimated arrival date followed and, when I phoned the number provided, I was given no further assistance, just vague statements about "problems at the warehouse". When they finally arrived, it would have been too late to try them, order the paint itself and complete the work in the time I needed. I will now think twice before ordering any other Dulux products.

What can I say

What can I say! Fabulous customer service which sadly is often lacking in this day and age!
Weve just had the unbelievably beautiful Olive Tree on our new bedroom walls and it looks todiefor!
However we had a question about a tiny part of it, so I contacted them and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
We’ve got the Powder Colour paint arriving today for another bedroom and I can’t wait to see it on the walls.
Just wish I’d found out about this Heritage paint years ago! But I’d suggest to not put it in an area with a mad amount of traffic as I don’t think it would be hard wearing enough.
But other than that i bet you won’t want to use any other type of paint, it’s just such a lovely finish.

Explanation of the sheen level of different paints

We needed a paint for our en suite and was sold vinyl sheen by a local builders merchants. I did not want too high a gloss on the walls. I contacted Dulux to find out if bathroom paint would be better. Very helpful young man clarified this for me.

Amazing customer service
