Safe drone operations
We wanted to move to a less paper driven operating system for our drone business.
We tried Dronedesk but at first struggled to adapt . The support we had from Dronedesk was exceptional. They sorted our issues on a one to one basis and now Dronedesk is central to our operations. Highly recommended

Not a good business to deal with.
I went ahead a subscribed the within days they put the price up so I complained. The response was shall we cancel your subscription. Then an email arrives saying that I haven’t post a job yet, I was preparing jobs to start afresh with it. But what has it got to do with them and why are they looking. That type of power is dangerous in the wrong hands. If they can access my data they could use it for their own purposes or sell it. I was not warned of this and legally is represents a possible data breach. I input customers details and as a third party without permission they can access it. Most of our customers would not be happy.
Also if you look into what they offer most of it can be put together without the needed to pay them and let them into your business or life. My experience is very negative so do not subscribe.
You did not automatically remind me that I had not posted a job. This was done once I had shown dissatisfaction with your price hike. You entered my personal files without my knowledge for your own ends. I had no idea that you could do this and believe the break is illegal. More over I feel you wait until people invest in the platform by uploading and connecting of information then you hike the price. Not a trustworthy company.

Firstly, regarding the pricing update—our platform’s pricing may change periodically to reflect supplier cost increases, improvements, and ongoing investment in the service.
In line with our published pricing policy, we raise prices for existing subscribers once per year in April. If there was any confusion about this, I sincerely apologise.
I offered to cancel your subscription - and fully refund all payments you'd made to date - simply to provide you with an option as you were clearly unhappy with the change.
Secondly, regarding job creation—our system automatically reminds users who have signed up but haven’t yet created a job, simply as a helpful prompt to ensure you are onboarded and getting value from the system. The system also alerts us so that we can reach out and offer a one-to-one onboarding call.
We do not access or monitor your data in any way beyond what is necessary to provide our service, in full compliance with GDPR and strict data protection laws. To clarify further, Dronedesk stores all data in the UK and does not sell or misuse customer data under any circumstances.
I regret that you did not have a positive experience with us and that I was unable to resolve this to your satisfaction. I assure you that our service is built with the security and privacy of our users as a non-negotiable priority and with the utmost dedication to delivering the very best value and service we can.
As you know, I have issued you a full refund and, if you’d like to discuss your concerns further, I'll be very happy to personally assist via our support channels.

I was sceptical at first
I was sceptical at first, only because I'm old school paper work. But now I run Dronedesk I'd wish I looked into it earlier! Once setup with how you run your drone business it makes things so much easier ! The maen thing for me is everything is in one place.

But what you may not realise is that it works really well for much more complex operations too; we have BVLOS operators, drone show campanies and even law enforcement and defence companies using the system.
