My delivery came very fast by FedEx…
My delivery came very fast by FedEx even though I opted for the free shipping.
I got it within 4 business days which was very impressive. The only thing was the duties fees charged for me here in Canada was over the 5% and racked up the total I paid for the Odin 2 Max which would have been the same if I had ordered it directly from AYn directly. That said, the device is beautiful and I haven’t dropped since I received it.
Been watching a lot of videos on YouTube on how to setup my Odin 2 as it takes time to setup to your liking, however I have been playing a variety of games on different platforms on it and it handles beautifully.

Way to many emails
The website is very slow and they essentially spam you with ads. Other than that the order did arrive quite quickly, or after about 200 emails.

Easy purchase and quick delivery would recommend
Easy purchase and quick delivery of the GPD PC to USA. Only I deducted 1 star because I submitted an after sale inquiry and have not gotten a reply (yet).
After my rating on trustpilot I received a follow-up saying they did a reply. The only reply I received was an automated response saying they would reply. 4 star rating stands (and I still don't have an answer). Still would recommend.

I received three devices with issues
I received a substitution for the device I originally ordered. Even though the original item was shown to be available to the US I was told by Droix support it wasn’t available to the US. The device I received constantly froze and finally died. I returned it under warranty and received a dead device in return. I returned it for a third device that constantly froze and died while doing updates Droix support recommended. Now they want to return it to the manufacturer as they can’t pinpoint the issue. This I’m told will take 3-4 weeks. I paid a high purchase price for something I’ve never been able to use properly.
Edit: I changed the review to 4 stars as I did receive a refund and did not have to wait for the device to be inspected by the manufacturer. I had also suggested another substitution that I would have paid the difference if any. 4 stars instead of 5 as I was banned from ordering again. I had also purchased 2 other devices that have been working fine so far.

I had some issues when trying to make my purchase but thankfully customer support went out of their way to try and help me complete my purchases. I had an issue with Affirm on my end but they helped guide me in making a purchase with a different provider. They were very fast in responding and very patient with all my questions. For my first experience with DroiX, I had a pleasant time, but the website could be a bit confusing at times, and a better explanation of the EU shipping and tax would make for an even better experience. It might just be a case of "lost in translation" because the website auto-translated into Danish.
My order was sent within the day of me ordering, and the rest was up to the courier. A little over a week later, I received my package. The package arrived without any damage, but it was only sent in a bubble envelope, so not the best protection. A bit more wrapping or a box is my suggestion.
I am quite happy with my first order, and if I need a new retro console in the future or if a friend needs one, I would recommend DroiX.
