The experience was great

The experience was great. Never ordered an item from DroiX Global, so I wasn’t sure, what I have to expect, especially when buying devices which were produced by small companies without a big history (in my case, AYN distributed their items in the past with crowdfunding campaigns).

Order process was fast and without any problems or surprises and shipment was made at the same day in my case. I choose FedEx for my delivery to Germany for some additional costs. The delivery was made within 7 days - so the 2-3 working days were a little bit optimistic. I get constantly information from DroidX about the delivery process and customer support was very fast in giving me an answer.

So I‘m satisfied right know and hope, this won’t change if I need help with my new device in the future.

Good but improve "contact us"

Had a good experience. Good prise and quick response. Had a problem with selection shipping but was handled well with some email. used the "contact us" to fix it but got no confirmation so handled it by email and ones done hared back from the form would be better if I got a confirmation that they had received it.

Order Processing, Shipment and Setup-All Impressive!

I am REALLY impressed with how quickly the order for the GPD Win Max 2 2024 was processed, shipped and arrived. And I'm really impressed with this little system. ! needed a very portable netbook-type system and this fits the bill perfectly! I don't intend to use the gaming features at all - it's strictly a portable work system. It's fast, got a lot of space and I think it's built really well. I've got full Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and lots of other software installed. I have a regular 15" laptop I'll continue using for extended work at home, but when I'm on the road, this is small, light, and has plenty of RAM and storage.

I contacted them and found out that the RG Cube did not take my micro SD card and neither did others and they were supposed to send an email to solve it, but I don't think they did.bad customer service

Once the package is delivered based on these instructions, it is considered to be in your possession, in accordance with the courier's terms and conditions, as you had modified the delivery terms.

While we understand how frustrating and distressing this situation can be, we do recommend raising this issue with the local authorities as it involves theft after delivery. Please rest assured, that if there’s any information or documentation needed to assist with your police report, our support team is here to provide it.

Very much appreciated the item HAD to be signed upon delivery and it was delivered to my front door.

Has good sales but warrenty they denied my Warrenty

Has good sales but warrenty they denied since they thought I've opened my device even though I've never tried opening it. Your aspose to open it on the sides when damage is at the bottom of the device. I would never open it from the bottom and the device manual says to open it on the sides, there is no damage or sign of attempted opening on the sides yet I'm denies my warrenty. Sucks since my ata neo geek is slowly starting to open and I might have to just do it myself :( I was just sent to reply to droix but I couldn't reply in time sorry droix :(

Edit : they got my warrenty and they are fixing it! thank you droix!
