Great Experience, But With a Caveat
My experience with Dreem has been great. Both my sleep consultant (Brandi) and my respiratory therapist (Debra) were fantastic and share the same qualities. They are both knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and very interested in your well being. They are also very likable, which is important to me! Couldn’t be happier with my clinicians!
Shipping of my sleep test and equipment was very fast, especially since they ship from the opposite side of the country! Very impressed with shipping.I chose to go with their internal DME supplier, which is probably why they were so fast and reliable.
BILLING- If you don’t get anything else out of this review, please remember this next part. Be sure to request a written cost estimate for the services, but DO NOT rely on the insurance information they provide. Call your insurance company and get the information yourself. Also, watch how much they bill you on their end. Make sure Dreem’s charges are what they agreed to charge for the service, but keep in mind that they have no control over what your insurance company covers. I did in fact have a billing dispute with them, and I’m not overly confident that they ever really understood my complaint. However, they did make an adjustment that I was satisfied with. As my relationship with Dreem has progressed, the other thing I would say is to call them with any issues. Emailing takes too long as their responses usually take two days and issues are not easy to resolve with the type of responses they give.
With that, I will say that I highly recommend Dreem Health and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again!

This place is an ounce of science and a ton of sales. I did not learn anything new. Everything they tell you, you already know if you have an Oura ring or an Apple Watch. Furthermore, I have terrible sleep and have that is clearly due to cortisol spikes and 3am waking. My test results showed my breathing normal, solidly in the green. Yet they told me that I have sleep apnea and if I treated my sleep as a priority I would pay thousands of dollars that insurance won’t pay for because I don’t have any diagnostic criteria to warrant it. They didn’t test or delve into any other cause of sleep issues except for things that they sold services for. Complete waste of money and time. Hoag should be ashamed of themselves for gouging patients. I have improved my sleep by 30 points using Oura results and Claude.

Getting the appointments is fine, the Dreem app is where I have an issue. My provider Alexandra Rogerson was supposed to submit a referral to a sleep study facility near me but never did it. I reached out on the Dreem app and never received a response.

Was very attentive and helpful ! I absolutely was surprised of how easy it was to do the sleep study and the knowledge of the physician, I highly recommend this service , if you’re somewhat suspecting of a sleep disorder, I suggest you contact this company and use them. They will not make you feel anything but cared for.

Good initially- not good at the end
The initial steps were fine. The first eval was fine. The study was easy. The follow up appointment was simple. However, now that I am to the point of deciding treatment the wheels have come off. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for two days. No response. I cannot access my report because the app crashes constantly.

Easy and informative
The online meeting with the nurse practitioner was great. I learned about some new tools and got to do my sleep study at home, which was so nice. The service, tools, and the ease of doing the sleep study were great!

A Smooth Operation
My first encounter with Dreem was a telehealth phone call with my nurse practitioner. She deftly handled my questions and put me at ease with her natural conversation style.
Within a couple of days, I received my sleep study hardware and instructions. I was able to follow the instructions and complete the study without a hitch. Dreem has implemented the technology to execute flawlessly with simplicity for the patient. Everything has gone smoothly and more easily than I expected.
