It was very easy to schedule an appointment and my practioner was very knowledgable. My issue is that Dreem markets itself to help people with sleep issues/disorders, Usually, these patients require special medication that often involve meds like vyvanse and adderral. The practictioner made it clear at the beginning of the call that Dreem is unable to prescribe these medications. How can they market themselves as as sleep medicine doctors - yet they are unable to prescribe the very types of medicine sleep disorders require? Again - very nice and professional - but a complete waste of time if you are looking for help with a true sleep disorder.

The sleep test was so easy compared to the one I had 15 years ago. The follow up with the Nurse was a very pleasant and informative process. I highly recommend Dreem Health Sleep!

The process took over 6 weeks, they dont answer the phone most of the time AND to be especially rude they are charging me for a second test without disclosing it would be an additional fee. Not paying that charge. Lousy service

Communication. Report not sent to my doctor. Not hearing back on setting up machine. Very frustrating. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Beverly Slaughter

Dr Andrea has been very easy to work with and full of helpful information. I appreciate that she was willing to talk over different interventions for my sleep apnea, not just push a CPAP.

I was not crazy about the app, but am learning to work with it. We did decide to go with a CPAP and Dr Andrea said that I would be hearing from a company about that--but I am unsure which company, how they will contact me and how long it will take.

The service provided was clear and thorough. The app is super easy and the appointments through telehealth are flexible with my work schedule. I really needed help with my sleep health and Dreem has been a godsend.

I’m at beginning of sleep therapy program, so I cannot state results yet. But Dr Lloyd is very knowledgeable, does not rush the discussion, unlike most office visits.

For some reason, the Department of Motor Vehicles threatened me with the revocation of my license due to having been diagnosed with sleep apnea 26 years ago. I tried getting an appointment with a sleep doctor, but they were unhelpful in working expeditiously to beat the deadline of the revocation. I just happened to find free health online and gave them a try. They immediately set me up with a wonderful healthcare provider, and I was tested within no time at all. I used their home sleep study and received the results that I do NOT have sleep apnea after all. They are providing me with the necessary proof to show the DMV that I am fit to drive. I highly recommend dreemhealth!!

Very convenient and informative at home sleep study. The device is easy to use and you don’t even feel it at night. My Sleep nurse practitioner was great at reviewing the results with me and gave me actionable insights for how to improve my sleep.

Brandi was an excellent provider. She answered all of my questions and was able to help me navigate the process effectively.

Everything thus far has been a seamless, efficient and positive experience. Karen Palimino is extremely knowledgeable and can explain everything in a very simple and concise manner. I’m very impressed with the entire process. I would highly recommend Dreem Sleep to anyone who would like to do in home testing.

This was a lot easier than going in to a clinic to sleep, which is what I thought I’d have to do. The device was easy to use and comfortable to wear.

We scheduled an appointment for my husband and received a quote since we are self pay. Since you cannot talk to an actual person, we did a bit more research. We realized that an in home sleep study is not the best fit for him since he has some lung issues. I clicked the "Cancel" button 24 hours before the 3/9 appointment. As I was looking at my HSA card the charge went though. I have not been able to get in touch via the phone or via email to speak to someone about this charge. I would be very leary about scheduling an appointment with this company. Seems like a scam to me once they have you HSA card information it is a gurateend charge on their part.
