Was worried I got scammed. 1-2 weeks for shipping turned into 4 weeks but the order arrived today (one day too late as Christmas was yesterday). Ordered the viewing screens. I expected them to be cheap (based on the cost) but they were cheaper than I thought they would be. They do what they advertise although not very well!! Probably won’t order from them again except for maybe a gag gift!!!

Oh dear, wish i had read these reviews before ordering 2 viewers for Xmas presents. Haven't received them but I keep getting promotional emails with money off your next order, when I send email to them asking where my order is! No mention of my order... So annoying! Will try pay pal to get my money back.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered my product well in advance before Christmas. It came broken/cracked. I tried NUMEROUS of times to call/email, with no response. 4 weeks later, no one has even tried to reach out to me. What a joke! SCAM!

We ordered a product, and arrived cracked and broken. We sent an image and explanation to the email who did not reply. They took the £20 off us and will not refund is. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Please report and never use this site.

I placed an order with the company in mid November and the receipts stated one to two weeks for shipping it is now Christmas Eve no package. I believe this was a total scam.

I ordered a screen enhancer as a last minute xmas gift, paid exstra for holiday delivery and am still waiting after numerous emails and only received responce on the 1st email. Never again!

I'm still waiting for the screen enlarger too.I'm worried now .No answers from emails over 3 wks Grr🙁🙁🙁🙁

I also ordered the 3d screen enlargers and they are complete junk. They don't answer the phone (you get a recording saying to email them). I have now done that twice with no reply. I will edit this review if I ever get a response but don't really expect to. You will get better product at the 99 cents store and much better customer service

My 3d phone screen arrived with multiple cracks. Can't leave messages by phone. No response from multiple emails.

This store sucks. Dont order anything from them. Sub standard merchandise.

Don't order the 3D enlarged screen. I ordered 3 and two were cracked screens from poor shipping and packaging. The were 15.00 each and poorly made. Look like dollar store item.

This is a terrible company. You can read all of the scams below. When you email them (support @ dreamywish.com), first ask them to change their credit card statements to say "DreamyWish.com"...they list another company on their statements.

Secondly, report their ads on Facebook. Click the three little dots next to the ad, click "Report Ad", then select "Scam"

This is a joke company. Phone mail box is full. they like to email more specials but when i ask about my order i get no response. It has been going on 3 weeks and they can't tell me where my shipment is and they won't give me a tracking number,..Makes me sick how they stole my money and my grandkids Christmas presents. (they won't give refunds cause they claim they are not responsible for misrouted! shipments!! )

I ordered a bangle that shipped late and then was not the correct item. Their phone number asks all customers to just email in their concerns for resolution, no actual customer service by phone. As I needed this item for Christmas, I now have no time to deal with their methods for a return or exchange, if that is even possible. As this was not my error, I will not shop here again.

Sadly wish I'd read these reviews first. Ordered phone magnifier beginning Dec. Not received but now getting emails telling me I'm a V.I.P and can save money on other goods. JUST SEND WHAT I PAID FOR. One reviews from UK exact copy of my problem. It seems that their telephone number is a fake. Now sadly think I've been scammed. PayPal dispute started. I'm giving this company a 1* because what I have been through so far is awful. I am still in the 'middle' of my order so they still have a little time redeem themselves slightly by actually delivering the two 3D Magnifying Screens that I've ordered.
I ordered them on 1st December and on Sat 14th I sent an email asking for a delivery update. 16th Dec I sent another email again asking for an update. I had the usual tracking number that said a label had been created but was not in the shipping system. On 16th, I signed up for email updates with USPS and since then I am getting regular updates but it just seems that my parcel is being passed from one depot to another in California?? (I'm in the UK). About an hour ago I had another update from USPS stating that my package was 'in transit to the destination' - I am hoping that my address is the destination??!!
I have heard absolutely nothing from 'Dreamy Wish' and I can only presume that the company is a front for someone working from their outside toilet and that is the reason why the customer service is so shocking!
If I ever receive the goods I may write another review - probably giving them 1* again :(

Yup, no merchandise, and Paypal thinks they are ok. Chase Bank CS Rep said they had alot of complaints with this company, and is disputing the charge and is going to reverse the charge on my account. Thank you Chase

Cannot believe so called companies are able to advertise on Instagram and Facebook.
Maybe these companies should look into who is advertising on their platforms before excepting $$$
Dreamy Wish does not exist as go to their so called site and dial the #. A voice that is all and support @dreamywish is no. Existent.

This company does not deserve a star and whomever is running it should be locked up for fraud.. been waiting sense Dec. 6 for my order no response to email. And fake phone number. I’ll be calling my bank for a dispute. Unbelievable!!!

Bought a 3D enlarge screen. It was plastic and very cheap looking. Try to call just a girl with a message. No real people. This truly is a scam.
