I've never been as outraged at a company as I am with Dreamywish. It's dreamy all right, as in you'd never dream a company could operate so blatantly as thieves!! For those of you waiting on the 3D magnifiers, cancel your order immediately! I received the 3 I ordered after a long wait but they are as cheap as a $3 suit and, of course, one came broken. When I contacted them for guidance to return, I was informed they give 48 hours after receipt to do something. Which, by the way, I DID, but never received a response from them. The 800 # is an even bigger scam - nothing but continual spewing of more advertising. It took several emails to finally get a customer service response but honestly I think it was a robot because it didn't sound like they even READ any of my comments & questions. I'm mad at myself as I'm an educated person and should have known better. I would suggest NOT EVER ordering from this company; I plan to not make this mistake again. Matter of fact, I'm considering contacting our State Attorney General and/or the Consumer Protection Agency to report the practices of this flim/flam "company", it's really a racket not a company that operates with any scruples.

Was playing Solitaire and a Word Game and with EVERY move, some ad appeared. Legendary Ventures Limited came up as well as DreamyWish. Ordered The AntiBacterial Washing Machine Cleaner, some sports bras, the Bottle Cutter, the Beeswax polish, and the Diamond Painting Tool. First of all, they charge your account right away....ALWAYS go through Pay Pal BTW....Then plan to wait about a month before you get anything. The Beeswax polish I never received when I called Pay Pal. The bottle cutter arrived in an unmarked box but with a lousy copy of the instructions which are clearly written by someone who didn't speak English very well. NO INVOICE or return instructions in any package. It scored the bottle but their "steaming" method to separate the bottle pieces did not work. The washing machine cleaner arrived today with 6 tablets wrapped in bubble wrap! NO BOX, NO BAG,NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE, NO RECEIPT, NO STATEMENT OF THER ORIGIN. They could have been made in China and infused with the corona virus for all I know! Clearly looks nothing like what was advertised. Of Course, there is no instructions for return. AND they charged my account $24.96. The Diamond Painting tool should be interesting because I cancelled it a few hours after I ordered it on 1/14/20 and have an email from 1/16/20 which said My order had been cancelled and my payment had been refunded. Well, it is now Jan 26 and I haven't a refund...PLUS They sent me a another email that said my order was already in process and they couldn't give me a refund...even though it was CLEARLY in the 24 hour window! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. AVOID IT. Yes you can call the phone number (24 hour customer service) Big laugh...because they just send you to the website. I wrote three emails and sent them (also to my own other email address but I have no record of them in my Send box. So I don't know if they get deleted on their end, automatically go to trash or cyberspace???? My next move is to call Pay Pal and get advised.

Wish I could give a zero on this review, like the rest of the people. Placed an order for the 3d viewer, too. It never arrived. Tracking number provided wasn't valid. No response back from their "support" team. No one answers at "Customer Service'"and they have a voice mail that is full and isn't accepting messages. It's a complete scam!

Wish I could give zero stars. Complete scam artist and scumbags. Just like everyone else I've had the same issues no responses to e-mails don't answer the phone. I'm trying to work with Pay Pal to get my money back. STAY AWAY!

Company is BS! Ordered the 3d amplifier never received it. Numerous emails with no response. Called the number and all i get is a recording saying to go to the website. Stay away from the low lifes.

I placed an order before Christmas and I haven't received it!!!!! But you took my Money!!!! Did not get a tracking # just a order # 8019. Where is my order??????

I ordered 3 phone screen amplifiers and never received them. I tried calling and emailing them numerous times and no response. Since I paid with PayPal, they got involved with my case. They could not resolve it with them, so they reimbursed me my money.

I ordered 3 viewers from this company and all 3 came in damaged. I’ve sent 3 emails to them and have had no response.
It looks like this is a pattern, shame on them!
Do not order from this company!

I ordered the phone screen magnifier on Dec. 19th 2019. Paid expedited shipping, received bogus tracking number. Emailed them, no response at all and attempted to call them. Supposedly the voice mailbox is full on a 24 hr support line. I am never clicking an ad on Facebook again.

Utter scammers. I ordered from them, never received the item. They ignore all emails and don’t answer phone. Disgusting.

Ordered from this company early December like everyone else it seems....never received product (iPhone magnifiers). And like everyone else, paid for expedited shipping....scammed. When I finally got a response from Dreamy wish, was told DHL tried delivering twice but no one was home! Okay I don’t think so. We have cameras and no DHL delivery was ever attempted. So not only do they take your money but they try lying in this day and age like that!! Finally had to get refunded from PayPal. Sad thing, I keep getting emails from this company with discount codes. Like I’d ever order from this place again. And yes, found this on Facebook!

this is a scam using someone company name in credit cart statement, their company is dreamywish but they are using 'legendary ventures limited' which conflicts with 'Legendary Ventures'

I was going to order the bling tool but after reading the reviews, I won't. My question, how can Facebook & other social media allow these companies to advertise? Maybe we should bombard their offices with questions because when you see an item advertised on facebook or thru a game, you assume there is no risk. I have learned that PayPal won't help you with these companies. Unless you return the item, which ironically is more expensive than the item you bought. Your best resource, if you feel you gotta have an item. USE A CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN DISPUTE THE CHARGE.

I too ordered on december 11th. Received a shipping email with a bogus tracking number for DHL. Contacted DHL and was told it was not a valid tracking number. Have emailed the company 3 times, no response. The phone number is just a recording. Its a scam. Filed a dispute with paypal.

I too wish that I could give this "company" 0 starts. I placed my order on 12/11/2019 and added to the order so that I could get the item for Christmas. It is now 1/13/2020 and I still don't have the item. Like everyone else who purchased from this "company", I e-mailed and called many times. I did get a bogus tracking number that showed that DHL never received the package. How do "companies" like this stay in business!!!! They should be in jail for stealing from people!!!

I ordered 3 items December 11, received a comment from customer support about it on Dec 22nd (that I DID get a discount), but have received no feedback since. I have emailed several times, twice to support at dreamywish.com and twice through their customer service page. When I call, no answer and the voicemail is full. It is now January 12 and I have NO IDEA where my items are. When I track them - It shows they are sitting in Phoenix as of 3 weeks ago. Help!!

I would give them a zero if it was possible.

After reading everyone else's review I am saying same thing. I ordered the screen enhancer well over a month ago and never received it, keep emailing them but get a discount on purchases as my response, this definitely is a scam operation and like myself and everyone else they stole our $.I plan on informing BBB about them not that it'll do anything..

I have sent over a dozen emails and just keep getting an email from Sarah saying I am a VIP member and get 30% discount.

I ordered a 3D viewer 12/9 and have received nothing, you cannot contact them, tracking number with DHL a joke. Have contacted my bank to get refund from Paypal. Please read and believe the other reviews, they are all correct!
