I placed an order, and paid for the expedited delivery, on Dec 9 expecting to get the items by X-mas. They never arrived, and still haven't to this date. The "24/7 customer service" phone # is a joke. It's a mere recording and is never answered. Despite e-mailing their "support" address, I have not heard back from them. I'm forced to request reimbursement from my PayPal account. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company should be forced out of business.

I ordered stuff and never received it!! What a rip off!! They need to shut them down!! That is call stealing money from people!!

They ripped me off for $23.67 I never received the item ordered. I never got an answer to my many emails. The only way it was resolved is calling my credit card. They reimbursed me. It makes me furious that they got away with this!

I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of both the service and the product. Order took 6 weeks to arrive, even though I paid extra for priority postage.
The product is extremely poor quality and nothing like I was lead to believe. Not even worth $2.00!!

Update on my order. After 4 emails, 5 phone calls. 2 bad reviews here, a fraud form filed at BBB and a call to my bank I finally received my four 3D phone magnifiers.
The problem is, 2 are broken and 2 have what looks like coffee stains inside of them. It is obvious that this company gets it's merchandise second hand or dumpster diving.
I spent $57.13 for basically someone else's trash.
Never ever, ever buy anything from this company. Your life will be better off for it.

I wish I would have seen this before I ordered. It;s been about 6 weeks now and nothing. I can' t reach Dreamy Wish. I sent an email to their customer service and they sent one back saying I was chosen to receive the VIP discount

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered enhanced first week in December with express shipping. Still have not received it. Send emails to their support email address, no answer. Total scam.
Just curious I was alerted to this site on Facebook. Was anyone else? Facebook should blocked them from advertising on its platform....

Dreamy wish is a scam. Ordered 2 items for Christmas presents. Took my money never received tracking or items. This was in mid December. Tried calling only to keep getting voicemail. Tried emailing them at least 7 times with no response. Just a heads up for others.

Ordered the screen enhancer Dec 9th paid extra for holiday express shipping and skip the line and still haven't recieved my order I was sent an email with a tracking # that's useless can't track the shipment anywhere can't call them because no one is ever available to take your call I've tried emailing several times and just get the same automated response...definitely wish I'd read the reviews first...lesson learned DO NOT order anything from this company

What a scam I placed an order on December 10th,2019 and it was for Christmas gifts only to clearly seen y’all took my money no gifts no answers on your phones no answers to emails. I will have Dreamy wish reported

Same as everyone else comments. Ordered ages ago, fake phone number, escalated to PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE, I HAVE LEARNED THE HARD WAY

I dont even want to give a 1 star. I ordered, paid express shipping and a jump the line fee. It has been 3 wks and I called several times NO ANSWER sent 4 emails NO REDPONES so dont have a clue where my package is because the tracking number says the DHL people havent even received it to deliver...hmmmm

Update to my review on Dec.19th. Still wish I could give zero stars.
Called DHL because that's where Dreamywish says they sent the order for delivery. DHL assigns a tracking number as soon as they get a request for one, not because they received an order. If the order doesn't get to them after a certain time they cancel the tracking number. Dreamywish has got this down where they make you think that the order is on the way when in reality it was never sent to DHL to begin with.
You'll find out you've been scammed three weeks later after they've spent your money.

I have sent many emails and tried calling to no avail. Where’s my orders. You have my money, I want my product.
I should of checked your company out before I ordered from you. Shoot you have Bad reviews, a 1 Star. Bad Bad Business

After reading everyone else's review I an saying same thing. I ordered the screen enhancer well over a month ago and never received it, keep emailing them but get a discount on purchases as my response, this definitely is a scam operation and like myself and everyone else they stole our $.I plan on informing BBB about them not that it'll do anything..

Still haven't received my 3d viewer. Like many I wish I had seen reviews first! Hopefully PayPal will get my money back.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered the screen enhancers that looked legit online and in the video. They are nothing like that! They are the cheapest product I have seen- zero quality and I’m not picky! I received one screen cracked and the others are scratched up. They arrived after Christmas when I ordered them on Black Friday in November. I tried tracking it several times and it kept saying in AZ. K can’t get thru to a I’ve person and their voicemail is full. I just read the return policy and there’s no returns! They can’t even back their item. Very disappointed! Will never Reccomended them or buy from them again!

Do not order the 3D enhancer. Its cheap thin plastic that is definitely not worth the price paid. Shockingly cheap!!

I ordered the 3D viewer as well. I never received a delivery date cause the tracker status stated the USPS was waiting for package. Made several attempts to contact with no such luck. I even paid for the express shipping and never received my item
