Customer service is extremely important to me and this company have proven to be very efficient.

Received very quickly, but not a lot of communication, had to ask for confirmation of my order, then no notification of despatch, it just turned up... but pleased with the item.

Its great makes my legs feel a whole lot better

I have only just started using this but already find it beneficial. I ordered the pro but it came without the belt. I emailed them and with in days I had received the belt. I also emailed questions to them before I purchased and they answered the next day. The customer service as well as the product is excellent.

Service was ok just need to have a uk base make delivery easier the unit works ok so far only had for a week thanks

I am sorry to say that when the Draainastim arrived, I plugged it in and waited until the next morning. It turns on but when you tread on it, it goes all over the place and then nothing more happens. Please could you let me know what has happened. Sherrill Searle

very good my legs feel very light and not heavey and look thinner it works for me

It took one month for the machine to arrive then I.had to pat an additional duty of £64.60. After using it for one week twice per day it has made no difference to my swollen legs

Was delivered within 5 days, the stomach belt was missing, but online customer services were so good, they sent me the missing product within a few days. Very impressed with the machine, my feet, ankles and legs feel so good, the swelling as gone down.

I found the service was good the delivery information would have been better if in English. The product is working as expected , other than the remote not working, have not had time to get a replacement battery at the moment, so hope that is the problem. If not I will be contacting yourselves regarding the remote control, otherwise happy with it, I contacted them by email and had an immediate reply saying the remote would be replaced, happy with that. It has certainly stopped my cramp in my lower legs since using it.

Only used it for just over a week but I find it relaxing while using it and I find climbing the stairs much easier now hopefully my podgy feet and ankles won’t be quite so podgy in the future.

Had my machine for 5 days now and very pleased so far. Only reason I've not given it 5 star's is because of the plastic feet. They do not lock and just collapse very poor they should lock when opening but no way.

I have been using this machine for a week and I must say I have noticed a reduction in the swelling on my ankles. A week isnt very long but I will carry on using it every day. My legs actually look better.

Very quick delivery. Have been using it now for about a week, already noticed reduced swelling in my ankles and lower legs. Also legs feel much lighter and less heavy. Only minus is the little props underneath do not stay up when pulled out.

Arrived in good time considering Brexit and Covid problems. Have used it now several times and is does seem to be improving the swelling in my legs and feet.
Easy to use. Will carry on longer term.

This is my first week using the machine it’s early days yet but I can feel a difference in the pain level in my feet and lower legs so so far so good

Awful product need to return as caused so much pain but they don't tell you it costs £32 to return this and you don't get your money back didn't realize it was from abroad this is a nightmare and customer service is awful and no help at all I HAVE RETURNED THIS WAITING FOR A REFUND LET'S SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES HAVE SENT PROOF OF RETURN AND HAPPY TO POST ON HERE
