My drainastim works wonders but after a house move I have mislaid the power supply plug and remote. Is it possible to buy replacements? Its a model pro UFM001 - 1

The remote control just doesn’t work. I’ve changed batteries but . . . No good 👎

I have had mine for about 3 years and can honestly say that it has not made any difference to my feet.
It doesn’t seem to matter what setting I use, nothing really happens and I never feel anything

Can I possibly get a replacement remote control please

My drainastim I purchased it two years now and works wonders. However, my remote control does not work due to trying to open to change battery. I would like to know where to purchase one. I really need a remote control because I have a disability and find it difficult to use manually.

Am not sure yet. Iread the manual and all i feel is '' tickle's'' in my left big toe.
All the 25 modes feel exactky the same. Just some tickles in my left toe.....
Is the a youtube channel with movies? (i haven' t found it yet)
I hope i'm doing domething wrong... Else, it has been a waste of money....

Great product ,does what it says it does ,can feel some relief to problem after just 7 days ,wish I had taken the plunge earlier ,will recommend gladly

It is too early to tell but I feel better when I’ve used this product,but I was pleased how quickly it arrived and the instructions were very thorough

Received item as arranged in reasonable time. Have been using each day for the last week but it is too early to say if there is any benefit to me. Time will tell.

Have just renewed this product after having used it for a number of years. Have passed my old one on to a family member. I use it twice a day and wouldn’t be without it. Would and do highly recommend to anyone who complains of hardness in their legs and bad circulation. Would be handy if I could find their web site for spare parts.

On the whole I'm delighted with this product. It has definitely helped both my wife and I with our leg and body issues. However I have to say that around approximately 20% of the time (every 4th or 5th time I turn it on) the intensity levels seem a lot lower than normal. It's weird. Also I can't find a way to contact the manufacturer for advice.

The 1st one i had off you never worked, the 19 volt pack did it no good at all.
I never had any reply to my 2 emails so I gavei up.
No 2 arrived fine but ths one had no power pack with it so i am useing 1 I had
so all is now fine..

Received order 4days after placing it. Only been using it for a few days but is strangely quite enjoyable.

Have used it for a week now. Still getting used to the many different modes but the ones that I have tried leave my legs refreshed. It is good to be able to work on legs and abs at the same time. I’m happy with the appliance.

It just took a long time to deliver.

I have not used the machine sufficiently to be able to say it is making a significant difference to the constant aches & pains in my left leg. It may be over a longer period of time with increased usage I may see more of a difference.
