Ten days to renew a loan and breached my human rights asking to prove I owed a debt shocking will borrow from a bank in future how dare they treat me like a piece of garbage. Just closed my account good reidence.

Up to 10 days has always been the maximum time for an assessment in our policy, however most applications are turned around within 24 hours, even in exceptionally busy periods like now. The loan purpose forms part of the assessment so our underwriters can try and make sure that any offer is suitable and appropriate
