Dragonhawk / Mast make good products at a very reasonable price.
No warranty issues either, I had problems with my X3 machine but those were taken care of very fast and satisfactory.

I heard great things about the equipment, once I place the order it was shipped right away. Then when I got to try the tattoo gun it handle really good, hours at a time. I would recommend anyone to buy their equipment.

The overall experience was very good. From the first to the last process, everything went smoothly, and when I requested clarification, they quickly responded to my question. I am increasingly satisfied.

Bought your Bluetooth printer. Please make an update where you can lower the volume on it or remove the vocal. It’s really irritating and I feel the urge to open it up and remove the speaker. It works great but the sound make it feel cheap temu shit. Please create an update for it

The mast fold 2 pro works good just needs more of a kick to help make it hit just a bit hard as of right now the machine i have feels like a shader

It's my second time buying from Dragonhawk and I am super happy with everything. First time I bought a tattoo machine, and then I came back to buy the same machine for a friend of mine because I absolutely loved mine. Products are super high quality, well packaged, orders can be easily traced, shipping info is always available, they move fast, communicate clearly and so on and so forth. I will definitely be coming back whenever I will need something they sell. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered there (from germany) with paypal and the shop looked legit enough that i forgot to check if this one has bad trust reviews (which i usually do). after seeing that the receiver was some name out of what i assume are chinese letters i got a little panic that i might fell for a fake shop. After 4 days i got the email that the package is shipped plus tracking number and was thinking okay everything is alright. then i checked the tracking-website on Trustpilot and it has a very bad reputation with over 1000 reviews and i thought damn maby it was a scam. then after 2 or 3 days i got an email from my local delivery company (dhl) which sayed they recieved the package and it will be deliver in 2 days. Then i finaly received my package, with everything i ordererd execpt the tattoo machine, but this one was then delivered the next day in a seperate package. So everything went well, i got everything i ordered and it was quite fast for a package from china. with 8 days for the first package and 9 days for the second. So i am leaving a review here in case other people also get panic if this could be a fakeshop

I was a little nervous after I bought my mast archer S tattoo kit from here because I thought the deal was too good to be true, but honestly could not have better things to say about this dealer. The package came from China to California in 8 days and I was able to track the whole thing on 4PX. So I would recommend this site wholeheartedly.

I have bought fold pro as a back up mashine only. I normally used cheyenne hawk pen but i've found fold pro being so much better. Battery lasted for 7! Yes seven hours of work. Mashine is overall good quality buld and easy to set up. And it so much juice in it. I also ordered Mast printer and its a pretty dicent one i have no issue wit it whatsover. Must say that delivery to UK took abot 10 working days and i am tottally alright with that. What is also should be said is that it came with 2 presents and i am so flatgered with that. Ive got sterilising station for my mashine as well as pack of 20 cartridges. Highly appreciate that. Will buy more from Dragonhawk ad will recommend to others!
