I placed my order for a mast fold pro 2 kit and an ink and machine covers. Only after i made the card payment i looked on their fb. After reading the comments on the dragonhawk facebook page and the negative reviews, i started to freak out that i had just spent a lot of money on a scam . But my order arrived and my tattoo machine was well enough packaged that even the local currier throwing it over my gate did not damaged it. Still waiting for the needles to arrive but i have my tracking info and i can check how the order is coming along.

hi! i think that my machine doesnt work properly and i mean by that the needle doesnt go up and down and its like always be in a vibration and not a up and donw movement

There a great price for a great quality of product. I personally recommend at least giving them a try with there sample packs that have a little of everything and I promise you will find a few things you will really like in it. I normally get my packages a day or 2 early so I would say shipping matches the product quality

Great Beginner Machine

I ordered the year of the dragon tattoo set but my first order got lost in the mail…after a while The support team confirmed it was lost and sent a replacement tattoo gun that was the same as the one I had ordered and it arrived very quickly. Im overall happy with the care given to the customer and the quality of the machines but shipping the product and it beign lost in the mail made me a little uncomfortable other than that its a %100 reliable site haha ❤️ tysm
