The site sell on PayPal pay Later method (but in the end they take the full amount from your bank account) it's misleading, a scam!!!

Bought Mast P20 and love it. Great machine for not so experienced but also for fine work. Delivery went very well and I was updated with delivery status the whole time. I am satisfied with the purchase and going to shop here again soon.

I ordered a spare battery for my Archer S tattoo machine and it never arrived. I contacted both Dragonhawk and the delivery service about helping me track my package. Dragon hawk told me to contact the delivery company and if there was no help from them Draginhawk themselves would figure it out from ther. The delivery company said my address was not registered on google maps even though I had successfully received my Archer S from a previous order. I updated my delivery location with an exact coordinates and a screenshot picture of the building in google maps. Both the delivery company and Dragonhawk are ignoring my emails. A huge waste of money and waste of time.

Everything I've bought from them has been top tier! From the Year of the Dragon edition for the Fold Pro to the Dragonhawk Yue cartridges have been phenomenal.

I can’t say enough how amazing their products are. I have two machines from them, needless and also tried their skin. All is amazing. My favorite machine is my Fold pro 2. That’s machine is fantastic. I also had to deal with some warranty and their customer service did everything they could to make me happy and satisfied. If you are worried or not sure don’t be because this is legit company!!!!!

My first order from Dragonhawk was the Mast Fold Pro2. The purchase process went smoothly and painless. The machine shipped to me and was at my door in Canada within 10 days. Well packaged, and is still going like a champ. I love this machine. I have bought another machine from them since and it is awesome also. I have contacted product support with questions on yet another machine and the replied promptly and courteously within 24 hours, answering all my questions.

I made my 1st purchase from Dragonhawk during the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, it was the mast tour tattoo pen. Since then I have purchased 3 more tattoo machines all of which are well constructed and have yet to fail me. Aside from the machines I've found every other product I've purchased to be of above exceptional quality. Thank you Dragonhawk for producing quality products at an affordable price range.

First time buying and I admittedly was a little nervous. But I needn’t of worried, I bought the Fold3 kit and everything arrived perfectly. Machine is great and packs a punch. Will definitely buy from Dragonhawk again!

Great machines and service

Crappy as hell, we ordered accidently 2 times because paypal got stuck when we where paying, and i made a mistake in my email adres, i saw on my paypal that i have to pay 2 times, ik want to cancel one (like it said on the website, it has to be cancelled BEFORE shipment) BUT HOW ON EARTH DO I CANCEL WHEN EVERYONE IS IGNORING MY MAILS.

I also wanted to correct the email adres so i can track my order. I have sent several mails, my dad send some, even on facebook i sent a lot of messages, i get a automated respons that they will respond within 24 hours.. NOTHING.

Worst nightmare that customer service!

Love this machine so far. Been using for every tattoo start to finish for a couple weeks now. Stroke adjustment makes switching from smooth black and grey to color a breeze.

The customer service support from these guys is 2nd to none. Honestly the best company I have worked with and I am loyal to them!

as someone who tattoos herself as a form of mental therapy, i’m on the spectrum, i am not a professional tattoo artist, i spent a very long time looking for my first tattoo machine and after buying my first mast machine, i never looked back, easy to understand and use, easy on my hands as i suffer from carpal tunnel, best machine ever so much so that after i got it stolen after a house fire, i went back and bought another mast tour pen machine, only change i made was the color🩷💜 favourite machine on a budget!
