this is a scam ,fraud, I ordered a winter jacket since 21st December 2017 and until now received nothing.custumer service is non existent sent several messages all to no result or answer.Please do not order anything from this site as you will not receive anything

Haven't heard from them. Don't know if my order is on the way, or if they just stole my money without any regard. Customer service is non existent, and im tired of waiting for them to answer any of my mails. Right now im looking for ways to report this site, because nobody deserves this kind of experience.

This company is a fraud. Plain and simple. Their policy is that they process orders within 2-7 business days. It's been 21 days since I've placed my order and they haven't shipped my products. When I reach out for information I get little response. The one response seemed to be an automated message of where I can check the status of my order...which still shows my products unshipped. I will be calling my bank to file a claim and get my money back.

WARNING DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
They are a fraudsters based in China, they allude to having a returns policy on their website but its a scam. I've emailed them repeatedly they don't respond.
Worse than that the quality of the goods if and when you eventually receive them is worse than bad, the images on their website suggest quality but the reality is its utter crap.
They are total shysters you have been warned.

I would never shop with dono mano again, I bought a jacket 19/11/17 and it hasn't arrived yet and I haven't had a refund yet, have messaged them and they have not got back to me, DONO MANO ARE RIP OFFS!!!

Just so you guys now, you can find the same clothes as they are selling on Wish. They are selling the same clothes as wish but they are way more expensive. The only thing they do is to put a brand on some bad quality clothing and then sell them for 5x wish prices. Wish clothes are cheap and bad quality the same with Dono Mano, but Dono Mano is way more expensive. They put this 50% off but in reality it is 50% more.. i will never order from this company again... The items are send from China, bet theese people are making a lot of money scamming us. The sices on the clothes are very small to as another person said before. I can only tell you guys to avoid this company, but you decide for yourself.. Peace

So yea writing another 1 star review. After i wrote the first one they contacted me and told me to wait another month via gmail ( already waited like 3 months) that month already passed i contacted them but nobody answering so yeah can't believe it.

Today is 70 days from the day I orderd a jacket(25.11.2017), which I still didn't receive. Winter is soon over and I orderd a winter jacket, am I suppose to wear it in Spring?? So far I've sent over 10 email to this and asked for a refund, but they always say that I'm following my order to come. I do not know just when it will come, today it's 70 days I paid $ 120 for a jacket and I have not received it yet. For everyone, do not order anything from Dono Mano, because they are scammers and liars.

Wouldn't say the best shop I ever tried - long delivery and stuff and it is not that cheap, at least for this part of Europe. But they are okay.

This website of donomano.com is a big time scam and cheats.... they don’t have any contact information.... they also have other linked websites which are also the same.... please be aware and don’t buy anything from here

Total scam.
They are set up to not be reachable by phone. I should’ve know by all the typos on the website.
Zero communication about my order placed. No tracking info still after 2 weeks after order was placed.
Lesson learned. Glad I only paid for a single item!

A total scam! Zero stars.

Same experience as others: took a month to come, item is much too small, and they won't accept a return. They just ignore emails asking them where to send the item. I will pursue a chargeback with the credit card company. I recommend the same to other customers.

I ordered a jacket, not only did it take 5 weeks to get to me, but I got no notification of its status for 3 weeks. The jacket was horribly sized! I ordered a large and it was sized more like a small/medium They do not mention that they are located in china, which ended up making sense why it took so damn long to get to me. And what made me so mad was their customer service. When i emailed them, they took two weeks to reply, then gave me a very vague response, and so I emailed them back, multiple times, and got no response. DO NOT EVER order from this "company".

Sizing is horrifiically off, there is no mention at all that this company is based in China, hence the long wait for delivery. The description could be better, my order looks like the picture but feels super cheap compared to the image. Customer service is non-existant and looks like I won't be able to even exchange the item for another size let alone get a refund. Feel like we should be able to appeal to the social media sites who are letting them use their sites to advertise to block them from advertising... On top of that do not that any five star review on here will likely be by Dono Mano. All the images are random pictures of stuff, and nobody types reviews like they have. It's a conspiracy!

Ordered a Jacket on the 3rd of Jan. Received an email on the 10th saying it was dispatched still no sign of it.

I made an order Jan 12th 2018 for the blk Dustin rubber rain boots.I received a confirmation email on Jan 14th 2018 saying that my order was shipped.Today is Jan 30th 2018 and i still have not received my order.I am highly irritated and upset.One reason i hate ordering online for sites not a lot of people order from.I have contacted customer service through email several times and Still no response.

I AM ABSOLUTELY BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SHIPMENT THAT I RECEIVED TODAY. FIRST AND FAR MOST, I REPEATEDLY EMAILED THIS UNRESPONSIVE EMAIL NOT TO SHIP AND RETURN MY MONEY NUMEROUS TIMES. SECONDLY, THE SHIPMENT OF THIS ORDER TAKES FAR TOO LONG TO RECEIVE POOR QUALITY ITEMS. THIRDLY, I RECEIVED ORDER NUMBER 74600 TODAY AND THE VOGUE COAT IS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE NOR DOES IT RESEMBLE THE SAME PATTERNS. LASTLY, WHAT KIND OF SITE DOES NOT PROVIDE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER????? I'LL TELL YOU ONE THAT IS EXTREMELY DYSFUNCTIONAL AND ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
