100% a scam. They will steal your money.

Ordered on the 28/08 chased tracking and order a number of times and as others have said many times you get a generic response promising the goods soon. Can we give you a money off voucher to make up for it? No you can send me what I paid for over 2 months ago! 09/11 still no goods. I have now raised a dispute with my bank and I am claiming this transaction is fraudulent.

This company is deceitful and does not provided the service they suggest. Please avoid.

I submitted my order on October 17th 2023. Dono Mano took the payment but have sent no confirmation of my order or any means to track the order.I have submitted a complaint and have received a 'ticket' from Csaba Michaels at Zendesk Startech. No helpful response at all. I have reported the vendor to my credit card company for further investigation.

i ordered from Dono Mano during the first week of April 2023 and I duly paid but to my dismay to date no shipping or Tracking Number. I have sent numerous enquiries on their customer service email address and web platforms but to date not even a single response. Pretty Annoying

I ordered from this site a while back. Never received my package although it said it was shipped. I sent an email for a refund and got a weird response that said "Your order is #1607
We will contact the shipping company.
We will refund you.
Please wait 1 week". 1 week came and went and I hadn't received the package or the refund. After that I never got a response from them when I tried reaching out. I even tried calling and it said "the Google account holder of that phone number was unavailable leave a message". The number was weird cause the name linked to it was Jo Yi. Tried to dispute with my bank but it was too late.

The sizing of their stuff is 2 sizes smaller than advertised. I usually order shoes 10. What arrived was some hobbit-size shoes. I had them replaced (at my cost!) for 10.5. Same story. Tiny little shoes. Never wore shoes 10.5 before, now with this company, it doesn't even fit.

New update: Shoes fell apart after 3-4 days of wearing them. The soles have holes. This company is a joke. A disgrace.
The other thing is that you need to pay for the return to Slovakia, which costs as much as one of their articles. They conveniently ship out from UK to UK (the sender was a UK address). But you can't return to the UK, too easy I guess.

Ordered 2 shirts from there on March, came fast, quality was good

I never received my purchase

Seven months ago I made my purchase of two shirts, the shipment was made a month later, they gave me a guide number to follow up and this because I sent them an email saying that I had no answer about my purchase, well, my purchase was lost And I sent them another email to tell them about my purchase and they said that they will wait for me one more week, my order has no update and nobody gives me clear information, I already asked them for my refund and I put my case with Paypal.

In other words, never shop at Dono Mano or your other Nipkit store.

Bought 2 jumpers and a beanie, been nearly 4 weeks and the company is ignoring all my emails. Dhl couriers has no record of my tracking number(listed courier for trackiest.com) would rather flushed the 100 bucks then this happening 🤬

I ordered 2 pairs of fur slippers on monofashion.com and didnt recieve my order yet its been 3 weeks almost 4, do to this corona virus its even a bad timing but... i really hope i didnt get scammed did any else buy anything off of this website i paid 71$ and im really thinking of getting my refund but id am nervous at the same time because they have my information

Scamming company, placed my order and never recieved it, tried to contact the company several time but never get a hold of them

Scam! Bought pants. They did not look like advertised, tried to send them back, they don't pay for it and make you include a sending number which costs as much as the pants themselves... Total bull...

SCAM!!! Do not buy from them.Bought a pair of trousers advertised on Insta. Looked amazing and described as such. When I received it was nothing like it or described., absolute garbage so bad can’t even wear it indoors.
Can’t even contact them to get my money back. How Instagram allow these fake companies to advertise and allow them to scam money from unsuspecting public is beyond me.

I can say that with 1 star they could celebrate....
The quality and the look of the jacket I bought is nothing like what I saw from their website pictures. Not even the colour or fabric!
2 mounths waiting with no reply from my questions

This f-u-c-k-i-n-g company has not even reply to me at all after 2 months of waiting. Tell all your friends and neighbourhood about it if you see this msg.

I was ripped off by these people. Placed an order for shoes and biggest mistake I made to pay them. Delivery came after 2months and guess what? I received shoes that are not even worth 1 dollar. Fake shoes that had a terrible odor from the material used. These people are crooks period.

Hmm wrote a bad review at first, but they did deliver my stuff in the end. So its no scam, but it takes longer than average.

Unfortunately I ordered in this website which was delayed in delivery. The courier people response is also very worst. And the response of merchandise is also not good. They just said wait for few more weeks or contact Ur courier service provider. I already paid for my package. That is the blunder mistake I did. Better if u want order any thing don't pay before. That all u can do which is in Ur hand.

Not going to lie, I have not ordered anything from this company but come on people... let’s use our common sense and stop blaming anyone but ourselves! Like... who orders directly from a website nowadays? Search for the brand on Amazon; if it isn’t listed on Amazon then NEXT!
