Worst food experience ever !!!!
I ordered 3 pizza deal at 5pm and asked for 6 pm delivery and the order arrived at 7.15pm.
Waiting with no useful tracking I called the store at Rockdale and the guy says we are busy , no apology or how can we turnaround this incident .it arrived lukewarm and the drink was warmish too.
This has never happened to me there before. Why didn't they call me to advise of delay? Why was the tracking inaccurate?
Why the crap answer?
I bet those workers were in the shop doing jack crap. No order is 2.15 mins late.
Not happy
Worst customer servcie
I usually order from Blacktown and Kellyville NSW stores. Today on 11/11/2023 i accidently placed delivery order from Blacktown instead of Kellyville store. I called Blacktown store straightaway. I was informed Blacktown cannot deliver to my Kellyville address. When i asked to cancel the order, i was informed that store have cancelled the order but will not refund.
I wouldn't go back
I wouldn't go back, unable to get through on there 13 number, frustrating gave it a chance toppings not worth the money I rather get it from my local store
Tasteless, couldn't understand them when ordering with there language

One of the 4 pizzas had an overpowering smell as if tainted with some kind of cleaning agent.
The smell permeated the car and then the house and was quite vile
It had to be thrown out.
The other 3 seemed quite reasonable but the enduring taste from the bad pizza ruined the others
From false advertising & illegal drip pricing to smaller boxes and reduced servings.
After a year of avoiding Dominos due to their false advertising and drip pricing, the ACCC finally put a stop to those illegal practices.
So now you can use a $40 voucher and actually pay $40, not $60 as it has been for months.
Dominos response is now to make smaller pizzas in smaller boxes, hidden behind a "Tougher box, hotter pizza" slogan and a new box shape. Their "Large" pizza is now just a medium at a lower quality - so even though drip pricing has gone, you're still better off using a gourmet or independent pizza store. It's never been a better time to swear off Dominos forever.
Broken tooth
I had an incredibly unfortunate experience with Domino's Pizza recently. There was a foreign object in my pizza that ended up damaging my tooth. The pain was excruciating, and after reaching out to them by phone, their initial solution was beyond belief – they offered me a free pizza as compensation. After a lengthy and frustrating 45-minute conversation, they finally suggested I go to an emergency night dentist, promising to cover the costs later. They sent someone to collect the remaining 2 slice of pizza. That night, my dental bill came out to $650 solely for the immediate emergency repair, not a permanent solution. The suggested permanent fix was a dental crown. The dentist provided me with a preliminary cost estimate paper of $1500 for the crown procedure on the affected tooth.
Hoping for some resolution, I returned to the Domino's shop the next day and left the invoices with them. They assured me someone would contact me in a week. However, after 40 days of waiting, I received an email from Domino's claiming they had tested the the remaining pizza and found no foreign object, therefore refusing to accept responsibility. This entire ordeal has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.
If you value your teeth, it might be best to avoid consuming Domino's pizza. However, if you do decide to indulge, ensure that you have comprehensive health insurance that covers dental care.
Dominos was absolutely disgusting
Dominos was absolutely disgusting. It was ordered on line 4 x pizzas and 2 x garlic bread and delivered a little over 2kms away in 10min. To find it was undercooked. Rang the store to be told I'm.sorry it will be cooked properly. I'm.sorry it is not would you like me to come shove it down.ypur throat so you can taste it yourself. Worse pizza ever and worse customer service.

I ordered some pizzas for my guests and all I got is chilli flex on a piece of dough
Unimpressed
I just don’t understand why you make your tomato sauce spicy thusly making any pizza with a tomato base sauce spicy. For someone who has a low tolerance for spicy food it makes my pizza un-eatable.
Dominos Rort
The Tuesday deal is unattainable..sent 30 minutes trying to get it...just wouldn't work..what a con

I am a big pepperoni fan, and they have changed their pepperoni even though they claim they haven't. I reckon it's plant based now either way I won't be back Mr Pepperoni.

Son was unfairly dismessed from his duties due to delay, lady had covid and sent her children down to collect pizza. Then rang and complained and manager from charlestown stored stated he was dissapointed and your last shift is tomorrow. Modern day management, fair no, incompetence yes.
Diligent staff but raw dough!
I can't fault the young man working at the relatively new Moonee Ponds store in Victoria. He did his utmost to remedy a systemic problem. We had never had a Dominos pizza before and I was somewhat perturbed by the ridiculous sight of a menu without prices. It was cold outside so we decided to eat it at one of the tables provided. The pizza looked fine. The bottom and edges of our extra large supreme were crisp and the topping was generous even a bit different. But the dough on every other part of the base was totally uncooked. I took it back to the counter. I asked for it to be put into the oven again. The young fellow said he couldn't because it was against the company's Health and Safety policy because I'd had a slice. I was happy to hear that he took S & H seriously. He said he'd make it again for us and that he knew what caused the problem but couldn't do anything to rectify it except push the new effort further into the oven. As we waited our attention was caught by the proud messaging on a poster. It went something like this : 1 minutes to order; 1 minute to assemble; 4 minutes to cook etc. Voila! Your pizza could be delivered within 12 minutes. We also read that we could earn a garlic bread by writing a review. How ironic. I don't think management will want to reward this reviewer because the replacement pizza was just as awful as the first. Uncooked dough again. It could be rolled between the fingers to make a ball of raw dough. Here is an idea for management . . . Set your ovens to cook for longer! We took our pizza home, bunged it in the oven, cooked out the dough and wondered at the futility of the experience.
Beenleigh manager said he would TELL me my problem
Beenleigh store took nearly an hour to deliver ready pizza a 2 minute drive from me. (Don’t have my own transport)
Driver apparently drove to complex gate and rang me. Thing is, I was waiting at the gate the whole time and nobody came. After 30 mins post delivery dispatch, rang store and they said they will send now.
Pizza came 10 minutes after that call. Got told what the 1st driver said. Told them that I was at gate the whole time.
Pizza cold. Garlic bread cold. Rang up store for resolution. First guy said I could not be compensated because it was too late for them to process complaint. What irony.
Asked for manager. Now this guy was a real piece of work. Immediately told me I was at fault. Said they track everything and he KNEW what had happened. Said driver delivered. Told him what happened. He said driver arrived at gate. I said I would explain what happened. He snapped back that he would TELL me what happened. His denial that the driver did not arrive despite me being at gate since placing order kept repeating, him getting more arrogant as conversation went on.
Eventually said he will tell me what WILL happen in future. Said I must order with specific instructions and laughably told me I must answer my landline phone at the gate? Clearly not understanding the situation.
Ended up him offer8ng me a free pizza but said he should not have to and I should be grateful he was allowing it.
I have had bad experiences with Domino’s before but this time I’m in disbelief at what transpired.
Utter disrespect.

No service and no pizza from Surfers Paradise store
Got my daughter to order a pizza online from surfers paradise store at 6:10pm. Told delivery by 6:45. Pizza was made in plenty of time and still not delivered by 7:30pm. Pizza now very old! Tried calling them, waited ages, finally phone answered, told he would go and check, put on hold for ages, then cut off. Tried calling back twice but no one answered. Tried calling again and finally someone answered. She cancelled the order and refunded the money. Still does not resolve the fact we waited
1 1/2 hours for nothing!!! Now 8pm and we have no tea!!! Customer service non existent!!!
Thanks for nothing!!!
Pizza missing and appalling customer service
My son ordered pizzas tonight and when they showed up there was a pizza missing. I called the Gordon NSW store to ask where it is and a boy called who sounded about 12 years answered. He apologised and then said he would get the manager to talk to me. After about 5 minutes he came back and said the manager was speaking to someone else. Then a girl came on the phone who sounded about 15. She said the manager was now sick. She said they would not be able to send our pizza because they had no delivery drivers. This despite the fact that we had just had a driver here. I queried this as it is Saturday night, she said I was welcome to apply for a job there. I told her there was no reason to be rude as we were the customers and had paid for something that we did not receive. I asked her name and she refused to give it because she thought I would go up there and confront her. She said she would give us a refund but she refused to give me any proof of this, even her name so that I could follow up. She then hung up on me while I was talking and when I rang back they would just hang up. They hung up on me around 10 times. They have no idea who was calling so potentially they are now hanging up on other customers. I am appalled at the level of “customer service” or lack of, that your Gordon store provides. For the store to be manned by two children on a Saturday night who are so rude that they hang up on customers is almost laughable. We did not receive our order, which is not gourmet food, it’s a pizza for heavens sake, and the we had to be subjected to the juvenile behaviour of children left in charge. So disappointing domino’s. You have so many stores you probably don’t even care about one customer, that’s why your staff can treat people in such an appalling manner.
It's pizza Domi NO'S!!!
Seems like this pizza chain is doing anything in their power to derive you from being a customer...
It's started when they decided that they don't need to open before 4pm....Even though some of their specials are only valid "UNTIL 4PM"...What a joke!
Then when I visited the local shop today I realised they have new menus with NO PRICES on them! So you need to ask the worker about every single item's price!
I honestly don't know what the company's revenue has been lately but it doesn't look good AT ALL! I basically left the shop and vowed to myself never to get back there again!
Yukky pizza and 100% Satisfaction LIE!
I had the worst ever pizza delivered which was uneatable and cost $50. It was small and didn't even look like a pizza, with its weird topping like mince meat and sausage! I was promised a refund as part of their 100% satisfaction guarantee but they lied and never processed it! since january they have still not provided the refund! SCUM!
