Absolutely crap service and ignorance. Just watched 3 advertisements for 1 regular plus $1 extra for additional pizza, pick up or delivery. Cannot order online, tried the local shop (Carnegie, Vic) and the manager was absolutely rude. This is not the first time. Stop wasting your money on tv advertising and put it into delivering what you promise. The ACCC must bring them into line

If you like cold and late delivered pizza, Domino's Noosaville is the place to go.
Not the first time they have done this to us, but it is the last.
What it serviced up does not even come close to the pictures on their site.
They are not value for money.
Steer clear, as there are plenty of better places around.

Really disappointed with my Domino's order! I got a Margherita pizza and the description literally says it's topped with oregano… but nope, not a single leaf on it!! Like, what’s the point of a Margherita without oregano?? Also asked for a cheese crust and that's missing too. Only good thing is I didn't pay extra for the cheese crust. Kind of disappointing, expected better.

I must have upset someone at the Hove {South Australia} store. There was no getting around the fact that my last order smelled and tasted strongly of urine and that they then stopped sending special offers to my email after sending them daily for months if not years. The pizzas aren't the greatest without 'additions'. Needless to say I won't be ordering again.

Dominos in Sebastopol in Victoria, a hopeless discrace. They advertised $7 pizza and chip value meal outside their shop with flags and everything. Then they say sorry not available ….what a joke.

Worst false advertising around. They want you to leave a review for a reward and the don't give you any rewards.

The Seafood pizza I ordered look like uncooked. The crust was still wet and the toppings were oozing out when it arrived.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from the Domino's Cambridge Park store, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations in every way!

First and foremost, the delivery service was outstanding. My order arrived right on time, hot and fresh. The delivery driver was friendly and professional, making the whole experience even better. It's always a relief when your food arrives exactly as promised, and this team definitely knows how to deliver!

Now, let’s talk about the pizza! The quality of the food at the Cambridge Park location is simply top-notch. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and a veggie supreme, both of which were bursting with flavor. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. The generous amount of cheese melted beautifully, and the toppings were fresh and well-distributed. Each bite was a delightful experience!

What I particularly appreciated was the range of options available. From the classic favorites to innovative specialty pizzas, there’s something for everyone. I also loved how customizable each pizza was; it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here.

The dominos share price needs to increase above $75 next month.

Ordered a pizza at 10:20, got to the store 10:40 thinking my pizza will be ready. They told me that I might have to wait another 5 mins, I though okay, why not. After 10 mins, I went to the counter to ask how things were going, told that they made a pizza without some of the toppings I ordered. So, as a compensation I got the pizza I ordered and the one they made with less toppings. Good customer service, even though they were close to closing and guys looked tired. Good stuff!

DOMINIO'S PIZZA AUBURN WOULD NOT HONOUR A COUPON. Appalling behaviour!

I recently tried the new Philly Cheesesteak pizza from Domino's, and I must say it was quite a disappointment. The pizza was severely lacking in flavour and tasted bland, leaving me unimpressed. I found myself having to add chili flakes, garlic, and Tabasco sauce just to bring out some taste. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations, and I wouldn't order it again. On a positive note, the Meat Lovers pizza remains consistently good. Domino's should take a note from that and improve their new offerings.

The service was great, the app easy to use but the pizza themselves are bland, they are lucky to have a 5% of the pizza with cheese. What happened to quality food. When did we decide we don't need cheese on top of the pizza. We have decided to make our own in future, so disappointed. This was Kearns Domino pizza.

I won a competition they ran on their Facebook page and they awarded the incorrect winner. I provided proof that I won and asked they double check but they refused to co-operate or provide any form of proof, while providing 1 sentence responses. never going near this place again, sour taste in my mouth how they treat their customers

Great food and good service

Purchased 7/04/2024 a SLOW COOKED AUSIE LAMB PASTA, from DOMINOES Bundamba QLD.
Dominoes provided a very small portion as well as it hardly had any LAMB in the serving.
I will add if they keep providing such small servings then after a customer makes a single purchase they will NOT make another. Nor would I make another purchase.

Ordered a Greek lamb and a 3 meat meltzz.. 3 meats very tasty, forget the Greek lamb all we had was cheese and black olives. Disappointing

What made it great is that the pizza came quick

Tried to place order online for 2 red hot wings and 1 large pizza, on placing that order I had pressed “double up” for the wings when the order was was confirmed it only showed 1 red hot wings. On calling your establishment I then asked to cancel so I could rebook as I thought I had made the error & then the exact same thing happened I contacted the supposed “Manager of the store” who couldn’t give me his name and asked whether I can order the wings as collection due to the fault made by the system but it just be given to the driver who is already made as I am still pay the delivery to which his answer was no and he couldn’t not provide any help or compassion. The manager then put me on hold and the phone was cut off. I AM VERY VEXXED AND WANT THIS RESOLVED AS NOW ONE OF MY CHILDREN ARE GOINF WITH OUT DUE TO A SYSTEM ERROR.
