I have complained about dominos sale before hardly any topping, so got a pizza yesterday again hardly any toppings it was $10.50 order saving $4.50 it was more like a pizza from supermarket very disappointed

Just had a Domino's BBQ Meatlovers pizza, on wheat thin n crispy It was the worse pizza I have ever tasted, crust like eating cardboard, dry and tasteless.. if I wanted a biscuit, I would have asked for one.

Worst pizzas ever, chips were terrible, chicken was so so. Can’t cook.

What a crock. 50% off. Only find out what is discounted as you place the order. Appears discount is only in one pizza. As you add to your order the pizza prices change even on basic pizzas- yes it says traditional and premium and we would have like Margherita- ah too difficult. All too hard. Toasted sandwiches were delicious and didn’t wait for delivery. Will probs be our choice in times to come too.

Ordered half & half a few scattered prawns no tomato no baby spinach I had to add my own ingredients to pizza as only crème frech & few prawns very poor flavour will not be back until desperate

I ordered dinner delivered from Dominis, Gymea, for my family at a cost of $70. Three hours later dinner still hadn't arrived. I tried to call repeatedly but staff were ignoring the phone. So I went into Domino's to complain. I was offered a refund which I was told would take two days to return to my bank account. Well It's been one month and despite repeated phone calls and promises the refund will be in my account 'tommorow' I am still waiting. Never again Domino's. I am about to call consumer affairs and complain about you. I hope you go broke.

I bought this new heavily advertised pizza from the Robina store. When I ordered on line there was NO option to say “no sauce”. Nowadays you can’t even phone stores with your order so I just went ahead and ordered the Cheeseburger pizza. The pizza was great. Very fresh. Hot and tasty buy the mayonnaise type sauce on the pizza was overwhelming and disgusting. Why put it on at all? Spoilt my experience and won’t be ordering that pizza again

Got a delivery all 3 pizzas were overcooked and cold the Hawaiian pizza had no ham on it just pineapple it they could not even bother to inform us it was absolutely terrible will not order domino’s again

Bought a pepperoni pizza from Arana Hills on Saturday night. In addition to the store looking like a dirty disaster area and the staff being argumentative while lying to my face, the pizza was inedible. It was not cooked through and the base (which was supposed to be deep pan but was in fact a soggy, spongey 'classic'), was a chewy, wet, unappetising limp bit of mess. When I asked three times if this pizza had been made on the correct base (deep pan) as per my receipt, the counter person told me that it was correct but that their deep pan pizzas weren't very deep that night. What??? After this round of nonsense the counter person finally told me that they had run out of dough because of an earlier event. Lies, fairy stories and excuses not withstanding, this pizza was inedible and reached a new taste low, even for this store. Domino's Arana Hills, you should remember that all your promotions, advertising, gimmicks and fancy signs can't disguise the fact that you gave me rubbish and that your staff need a serious lesson in telling the truth.

Average food at a premium price. Total lack of customer service, and dishonest advertising. They've removed the rewards club points for free pizzas and claim that you can still use your leftover points until July - but you can't, because there's no longer any way to claim them. They'll ignore your emails or any request for support. Just the worst company, and I refuse to ever use them again.

The new website is very hard to use. I had to restart my order 6 times and finally gave up trying to add BBQ sauce to me pizza as the option was non-existent.
Why has the website been changed from a very user friendly site to one now I hate.

I was just told by a staff member at Deception Bay Dominos that I cannot get cheese on TOP of my mini 3 meats pizzas anymore because that is not the way the recipe was written and too many customers have complained about cheese on top of the mini pizzas LMAOOO!!! what kind of a human being tells a customer of over 15 years of that store that I cant have CHEESE ON TOP OF MY PIZZA! I Really dont think this guy actually heard what he was saying to me! So now im going to take this further because it has to be the most incompetent, stupid thing I have heard out of anyone's mouth in my life. Says that HEAPS of other pizzas have cheese on the bottom! Haha it tastes like garbage when its on the bottom, the meat gets burnt and the sauce overpowers the whole pizza when its made that way. Then he goes and slaps spoonfuls of sauce all over my mini pizzas making it inedible anyways. I cant stand this guy, had to just laugh. Oh the stupidity

Sludge... now I remember why I have not ordered a Dominos pizza in 15 years. Tasteless sloppy mess. Talk about taking the consumer for granted.

Dominos pizza have just about become inedible. The large size seems tiny and they've been stripping the amount of toppings for years. They look great in the photos they take but every pizza resembles a plain cheese as you can't see the miniscule amount of toppings they provide.

These are the worst fastfood pizzas out of all of them. You literally have to pay for extra everything just to get more than 2mm of toppings. The site is also a pain as your order gets lost if you take more than a minute to place your order.....

Wish I could give 0 stars.

Had the most revolting experience with our lunch yesterday. The base of our pizza was blue, like mold. I called the Launceston store immediately and the response I got was absolutely inadequate. I explained to the man who answered the phone that the base of the pizza was moldy and blue and he told me that her had made the pizza himself and that it was not moldy. He said he would send a replacement pizza. I told him again that the pizza base was blue, and he told me there had been a ‘gender reveal’ in the store the previous day and that some of it must have gotten into the dough. I told him this was unacceptable, that myself and my children had eaten some of the pizza. His response was to say ‘what do you want? Do you want replacement pizzas? Do you want store credit?’ He was very abrupt and rude. I told him his response wasn’t acceptable. He said he would send a replacement pizza.

I began vomiting and developed a skin rash not long after eating just 2 bites of the pizza. I am still unwell from this.

When the replacement pizza arrived, my daughter answered the door as I was unwell and he requested ‘evidence’ of the blue pizza in question. I then took the pizza to show him, told him I had developed a reaction and showed him my skin. He had nothing to say.

No response from Dominos after attempting to contact them across multiple platforms. They deleted my post off their FB page.

Hawian was ok... Other pizza with no preview picture was awful. THE BBQ meatlovers.. my 12 year old favourite... why no preview picture on the "quality" before ordering....? 

Not still understanding why I can't order from Mawson Lakes... as it is closer and never had any problems with pick up. 

As you can see.. we haven't ordered from Domino's online for some time due to the quality of food there.. burnt in the past ... and this time the chicken wings were also not cooked properly... 

Shame on Ingle farm.. all I get is a voucher for future orders... but we are constantly disappointed... definition of insanity...?...! I thought it could be different after not ordering for over a year... 

As a single mother of an 11 and 12 year old... delivered pizza is a favourite for them.. and me due to the convenience... but AGAIN ... disappointing and value for money when I need to throw your food out... and make them toast to fill them up is NOT OK.... my 11 year old running in SA State Championship yesterday and as a reward she wanted home delivered pizza... so I conceded.  

No job since this covid crap.. this is a huge treat for them.... shame on you.

Hornsby Dominos, has proven to be the worst pizza store in town. They botched up the last three orders in as many weeks. After today's two botched delivery attempts, followed by two calls to your store to complain, the miss communication between management and the delivery driver, the disingenuous way I was spoken to and the false promises I was made, has resulted In the worst experience I have ever had In ordering pizza. We ended up ordering Chinese food. Congratulations Dominos Hornsby, you have managed to lose a loyal customer for life.

Ordered 4 pizza deal for the family while out. Got home 90 mins later and the order was missing a pizza and side. Rang the Florey store and a very apologetic manager told me they would make another one but they were busy so may take a while. 35 mins later was presently surprised with a knock on the door. Then went to eat the pizza and it was stone cold so obviously brought the origional pizza back . FAIL Dominoes
