Absolutely shocking have been withD&G for years have expensive kitchen appliances covered only to be told they are under Argos plan news to me never purchased from Argos I am extremely surprised. I have been with D&G for years and have had expensive kitchen appliances covered, only to be informed that they fall under an Argos plan, which is news to me as I have never purchased from Argos. Only thing purchased from Argos was Air fryer in 2022. American fridge freezer broke down engineer said new one needed D&G told me I would get link so I can choose never got link only vouchers for Argos. Service from Argos shocking so basically been paying for insurance D&G for years for wrong plan. D&G associate tried telling me I purchased all my kitchen appliances from Argos they were adamant but I should know who I purchased from. Now if false information was given to insurance company that's fraudulent yet they can mess up a insurance plan.

Attempted 2 repairs and then replaced fridge/freezer with no problems.
Both repair were very good and came on time, very good service.
The delivery service was also very efficient.

The young man that came from your company soon sorted the problem out. The problem unfortunately had been caused by a tradesman who had been dealing with a new electrical Consumer Unit who had disturbed the flow of gas whilst checking all the electrical supply units. It was soo sorted by your engineer, a competent and pleasant young man.

Shockingly terrible service.
I have waited over a month for my Fridge Freezer to be repaired with no idea how much longer this will continue.
4 failed appointments where they didnt even turn up after they damaged the parts on 2 occasions, lost it on another, and then when they finally turned up once......they brought the wrong part! As a result of the incompetence, the part is now out of stock and nobody can tell me how much longer I am without a fridge freezer in the middle of summer.
Customer services are a waste of time as they NEVER get back to you despite repeatedly saying they will, and when you chase them instead, their only answer is "you will simply have to wait" even though they have no idea how long that will be or if the part will even be back in stock again. Despite taking 4 separate days off work, costing me hundreds and hundreds in lost wages, they have no interest in the cost and inconvenience to the customer, and wont even offer a replacement regardless if temporary or permanent, even though the delays are all down to their side, not the customer. With the amount of money this has cost/lost me, I could have already bought a brand new replacement now. If I had known the service would be this poor, I would have avoided them like the plague and bought a new item instead.
In summary - nice idea on paper and happy to take your money, but in real life, you should steer well clear unless you enjoy non-existant customer service.
