After I paid all the money on insurance for my tv, I was offered the budget level tv as replacement, I phoned up and asked if any more choices, yes there was, so if I had just took the first tv D&G would of been over the moon 😡

Abysmal service!
After years of paying each and every month for Beko washing machine cover I was left waiting four/five weeks without a washing machine with a disabled child.
I explained my child is disabled and I desperately need a washing machine - I was told "There's not a lot I can do - This "repair"man (Sam) was unbelievable - He shone a mobile phone torch in the drum of my machine (unable to bend and pull the machine out) and then went on to order the wrong part!
From incorrect parts ordered, parts "not on the van", unable to slide washing machine out of its place etc etc - I had every excuse.
Beko have been taken over by Hotpoint and it turns out the Hotpoint repair guys don't have a CLUE!
It wasn't until I had Alex an actual Beko engineer called was my machine repaired.....I cannot thank or praise Alex enough!
NB - As requested I have now contacted yourselves putting my full complaint and providing photographic proof of the damage caused to my property by one of your engineers.
I will edit my review when I receive a response from you.....I won't hold my breath though if your customer service is anything to go by.

My TV developed a fault it was 9years old and when the engine said it could not be fixed they they gave me a list of tvs I could pick from I could get one with similar features at little cost to me or get a upgrade tv and pay the difference great service would highly recommend this insurance

Couldn't believe it when my year old washing machine began vibrating noisily. I had to get in touch with D&G twice before all was ok but D&G were remarkable both times. The young men were very polite and quickly fixed machine. So pleased I chose D&G

Firstly they delivery / fitters dropped the replacement and broke the appliance snapping the leg and denting the product.
Secondly the fitter kept tutting 😕
