The lady was very professional and understanding. She helped me with every step of the process.

100% trustworthy. So worth the money to pay into an insurance where you know when you need help it will be there. All the time I have used these for repairs, replacements or help it has been so easy. The call centre staff are so friendly and always helpful as is the engineers who come out to do the work needed on any appliances that are covered. We are very happy with domestic and general and will continue to be so. A huge Thankyou from us all here. Well done and keep up the great work. 👍🏻👍🏻

After being told to choose a replacement I placed the order and was a date for delivery which meant we had no fridge freezer for 8 days. Then I received a text to say that it could not be delivered on the date I had chosen but it would be delivered 10 days after the chosen date !
After several phone calls to D&G I was told that order could be cancelled and they were placing a new order with AO which would be delivered the following day, great I thought but waited for the confirmation message for me to accept that date with AO but it was never sent!
I called after the 2 hours that I was told to wait for the message to be told that the person I spoke to first thing never placed the order! After talking to several people someone actually placed and confirmed the order themselves for me but now this delivery would be in the 14th.
I cannot believe that a member of staff can tell a customer that their order HAD been placed but when being chased I was told that that staff member DID NOT place the order.
To be without a replacement for 8 days when the temperatures were 28 to 30 degrees and having lost everything in the freezer was unacceptable when you pay monthly for a policy.

From the moment we were told our dishwasher needed replacing the process was really quick chose new dishwasher the same day and was delivered to us within 5 days 😃😃

The choice of replacements was very limited as only one was the correct colour and the correct dimensions. When the replacement arrived I thought that the LED screen was not working so I reported it and when the engineer arrived he told me that it was working but it was so dim I was unable to see the display in daylight but it could not be increased in brightness, so I am unable to use the programmes shown on the LED screen.

The whole experience of the breakdown of my TV was so quick and easy. Domestic and General was on it immediately from the get go, stayed in touch throughout the whole process. Arranged everything very quickly. Was professional at all times, quick to respond to the whole process. The whole thing from start to finish was done in days and a new TV installed.
