Easy to set up on line.Help there if you need it.Every one Friendly helpful knowledgeable.Value for peace of mind should I need a call out.Always kept up to date on times of visits for repairs.Would recommend having a plan takes the worry of finding money for repairs or a new appliance.

While Domestic & General dealt with things efficiently, the engineer did not submit his report for a month. It took us calling in to get the ball rolling again. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly.

After four visits the last engineer diagnosed the problem, has ordered new parts and a date booked to replace damaaged parts

The fridge was damaged whilst delivering and we had to accept the fridge as alternative was removal and no product after three weeks of damaged old fridge. Hotpoint offered £70 compensation which was accepted to assist drivers not having to take away but then they changed their mind saying they could not offer compensation as it was an insurance replacement. The option then was accept or have no fridge

I like that D&G are easy to contact by phone. The engineer was booked to come out quickly but there was quite some confusion about when I’d get a link to choose the new product. D&G did acknowledge their error and compensated us and we got a great new fridge freezer via our insurance policy.

Lucas, the engineer who fixed my washing machine, went the extra mile to ensure everything worked correctly after the problem was repaired and gave it a once over to ensure no other issues were present. Top marks for the service I received.

After a telephone call my monthly payment was reduced by almost 10 pounds which I was pleased with but disappointed that I needed to decide to cancel my contract for this to happen. Call handler was very helpful.

The first engineer couldn't fix the problem as he wasn't calor gas experienced. Not his fault I know but surely D&G knew most Park Home properties are not on mains gas.
