I phoned because my service contract had increased over £130 a year which although the service is very good I was unable to oay the Increased price.
The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and very understanding which made me feel very reassured.
My contract was reduced and I am now very satisfied. Thank you.

from start to finish this was a long process .After a 20 minute phone call to log and make sure my oven parts were available to find that when the engineer arrived to do the repairs he had no essential parts with him.Then week after week of messages rescheduling his next visit,very frustrating no actual human contact with an explanation why .then the process of trying to find a the same oven .hotpoint have the knowledge and my oven type and serial number why can,t they bring the same or the latest version oven ????.
