Dresses were fine (though thick polyester which I did not want) but too big for me so I went on site to return them. A QR code appeared on site and i took a copy. the site sent me to the courier site, a name begginning with K and I looked on that site for return lockers as instructed. I located 3 on the courier map. I went to eacj and there were zero lockers. I asked the shopping mall guide and they said there were none. We scanned the QR code ourselves and it took us to a health and wellbeing dodgy site. The Dolly and Dotty site said I would be sent confirmation by email of the return with the QR code but no email appeared, which already worried me. The dresses were clearly legit, and the site had their details so this wasn't an imposter site and I am mystified).

I very carefully followed the size guide, and when the dress came, it was a perfect fit. Colours were very nice, the feel of the dress was good.
Everything is as described, postage to Norway went smoothly.

Dolly and Dotty is a great clothing company and with great dresses, skirts,… Also for curvy ladies. I love the beautiful , colourful cloth.
The delivery is really fast and the service desk is so great and helpful, whenever you need something (like for me: I ordered the wrong size and it was changed immediately).

Service is excellent and the dresses I have brought are high quality material well made and fit perfectly.

I rarely leave reviews but this one was just exceptional. They are so fast in shipping, I would say as fast as Amazon. And they process the refunds so fast, unlike other popular clothing stores. The best thing about this store is the top quality of the dresses, and they are so well made especially for curvy women.

I have contacted through email saying my order hasn’t come . Nobody has replied . Very disappointing. I have bought things before . No problem . Now I will not be purchasing again

Just recived my bag for petticoat,idid not think it would fit in the bag.it fits perfect will be buying more.

I recieved my 2nd Order today so I am now the proud owner of 2 dresses and 2 petticoats. I wore this Lily Pink Poppy dress to a '40s festival in Grassington, complete strangers kept coming up to me ans asking to take my photo. Ive never had that reaction anywhere before. I felt like a film star! I have to add the petticoat was a big hit too! The quality of this dress is beyond compare. Thank you Dolly and Dotty. I shall keep adding to my collection. BTW the postage comes within 48 hours of placing an order. FANTASTIC!!!!
