Convenient for Promos
I used a promo code for my SaaS launch and it worked like a charm. Setting it up took just a few minutes, and I could limit usage, add expiry, and link it to specific products. Everything applied perfectly at checkout. Thinking of running a promo code for the Black Friday sale too.

AVOID AND RUN! BIG SCAM
I need to warn everyone because what just happened is unbelievable.
I was using Dodo Payments and everything looked fine… until today. Out of nowhere, they closed my account and refunded every single customer — over $5,000 in legitimate, dispute-free sales.
There were: 0 payouts since day one; 0 disputes; 0 chargebacks; No suspicious activity; A fully verified account.
Despite that, they refunded everything and locked my account without explanation.
To make it worse: I went to their Discord to ask what happened — they instantly banned me. I also emailed them — no reply at all.
I honestly should have listened to the warnings about DodoPayments. If you’re thinking about using them:
👉 Don’t. 👉 Run while you still can. This platform is completely unreliable — borderline scam behavior.
Posting this so others don’t lose their revenue like I did.

Scam - they never paid
DodoPayments suddenly closed our account without any valid reason and kept the remaining balance inside. They told us the payment would be released after 120 days — but months have passed and we still haven’t received a single cent.
We’ve contacted them multiple times, but they ignore all messages and give no explanation. This company acts like a legitimate payment provider, but in reality, they are dishonest and unreliable.
They shut down accounts, hold funds, and never pay what they owe.

High charges
Very, very high charges. You have to pay charges everywhere. There is a 5% Payment Transaction Fee, a 20% tax, and a $5 Payout Fee. The profit I generated from the service was taken by DoDo Payment.
You can not withdraw until you have $100 in your account. Their website, system, and documentation are good, but support is late & charges are too high.

Scammers
I’m a new user and they wasted no time scamming me. They promised to send my first payout, and when I noticed the delay, they lied and said it was on the way. Till now, nothing. No payment has been initiated, and they’ve stopped replying to my emails. I’m not letting this slide, this is broad daylight robbery with zero shame. Also, my next payout has been delayed by a month but they claim they pay twice a month.

Our merchant account has been closed
Our merchant account has been closed directly. Even though we sell legal products. Why did you give API permission if you did not examine the site? Then examine the products and give it that way. We spend a time to integrate the API to the site. You are granting API permission. After 3 months, you close it, then we sent you an e-mail and our review period is 4 months, what can you review a site in 4 months? We worked with places like Stripe, lemonsqueezy, but I've never seen such a disgrace. Don't trust these guys.
You cannot suspend a site 3 months after you give API permission because it does not comply with our policies. Then you will not authorise the API. You're making us victims.
And they hold the money for 120 days due to the chargeback period, how nice! If we can get the money, fine. I don't recommend them to anyone.
Update: 12/02/2025 : They didn't give us our money, they are scammers. Don't use it.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! The guy Rishabh was behaving so sweet in beginning to get customers and later totally stopped replying when i took payments of over $3200. The payout scheme of twice a month is scam. They will send u first payout to gain your trust and forget about second time payout.
I even referred two friends of mine too and they blocked their accounts as well after they had money in their account.
